Eight years since my last Jimmy John’s. Needed a quick bite. Walked in, app went wonky on my birthday sub (happens to the best of us). Staff, bless their hearts, were super helpful, unlike most fast-food joints these days. Sorted out the app and even helped me pick a sub. Everyone was friendly – a breath of fresh air compared to the usual burnt offerings and grumpy service.

I ordered the turkey/roast beef giant size. Normally I love jimmies and this location in particular, but it’s hard to be satisfied with a $21.59 dollar sandwich when they forget basically all the toppings. I said everything but tomatoes and ended up with bread, meat, and a small amount of mayo. It’s just not a jimmies sandwich to me without lettuce, oil n vinegar, and cheese. I will still go back here eventually, I’m just gonna start checking my sandwiches before I leave.
