The food was what you would expect from Taco Bell. It was made correctly and was fresh. Service was slow. You had to order at the kiosk, because no one would take your order at the counter. I ordered a simple bean burrito and it took over 30 minutes.

Good if you don’t mind waiting forever. Slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Waited 27 minutes for 2 fries, 1 bean burrito, and 2 cheesy roll ups. I was at the window for 27min, not in line, physically at the window. They could have made me 1 of everything on the menu in 27 minutes. Whoever manages this place needs to train these employees a little. There were 5-6 of them back there idk, why it was so slow. 4th time here since the remodel and everytime I’m here it’s the slowest drive through experience in Manhattan by far.

Edit: I live in the apartments across the street from this Taco Bell. From the time I grabbed my food, to the time I sat down to eat it there was less than 10 minutes. Every single item I got was cold. I don’t know if the employees just get overwhelmed and stack food on the counter then forget to bag it or what but it’s unacceptable. They said they were waiting on my fries which were cold and limp and clearly sitting out for a very long time. Probably won’t waste my money or time here again.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and having two tots have blowouts and changing station made it very difficult as a momma with a broken/hurt back. The employees were amazing and very nice and the food is usually pretty good. But the bathrooms were not clean ….

This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever been a part of, and worse, my roommate had to experience the trauma too. First, we get in the line and it’s taking FOREVER. We assume the person in front of us is just really hungry, but that would be the furthest from the case… we finally get to the ordering window (big mistake) and we explain we have two separate orders… for my order, i had to explain what the menu item consisted of (to the WORKER) and it legitimately took 5 minutes to put my chicken wrap on the screen. no joke almost just gave up. it took another 3 minutes to order my drink and my roommates food. we pull through and wait another 15 minutes until we get to the window, now understanding why the car in front of us is taking so long. they probably only ordered a drink, i wouldn’t know. we get to the window, bless the girls heart beacuse whoever was training her needed an additional trainer. he asked us if we wanted to pay with the same card for both orders. now tell me, how does that sound to you? why the hell, would we do two orders if we were paying on the same card. this was a really hard concept for him to grasp as it took a lot of explaining that we were using two separate forms of payment. next, the sauce…. he handed me a fist of sauce (pretty normal…) with some crumbled up greasy napkins to go along with it. the cherry on top was when they asked for our receipts back 3 minutes later to see what our order numbers were. my order ended up being not completed, and when i received the entirety of my order, i realized in the time it took to obtain this taco bell, i could’ve ran 5 miles. I’m internally traumatized, don’t recommend. maybe the other location is better, we can only hope…

Hands down the worst fast food experience, and I have lived all over the country. Let’s leave aside the fact that the wait times are always 30 minutes or more. There is always, ALWAYS, something wrong with the order, like the time I added beans to my beef taco and got neither, or when half the order was missing. Every single time. Not giving this place another chance.

Honestly this location doesnt even attempt to portion any of their food. You get less than half of a regular scoop in the tacos with not even enough beef to single file line the taco. Its unbelievably bad. The location takes about 15 minutes to get through 3 cars as well.

Just went to thus location and the quality of food was terrible. My stuck to the wrapper and multiple items came broken and soggy. The food was cold. And the Pepsi was watered down. While I was waiting for my food, several customers came in and asked for their orders to be remade. No sauces were put in bag even though they were on the order ticket.
2/10 do not recommend. They need new staff or management or something. Smh

Painfully slow service. I was in the drive thru and estimated it took 10+ minutes between cars (I actually timed it at 13).I ended up leaving after waiting 40 minutes when I came to the realization that after I order I would have to wait another 40 minutes to get my food. My last visit I went inside and it took 20+ minutes. This is fast food quality food with the wait time of a sit down restaurant.

I waited 20 mins for my order, while watching the three people behind receive theirs. Pictured is a chili cheese burrito, lacking most everything but tortilla! Terrible

It took around 25 minutes sitting in the drive-thru, with one other vehicle in front of us, to get stale tortillas, nothing wrapped correctly, or at all when it comes to the tacos. Pretty sure the Burrito Supremes were actually beefy 5-layer burritos, and everything was just thrown in the bag without napkins.
