I love Subway. But I hate their app. I tried it at 2different times. Once long ago, an today. Everything about the app is great, until it says how to pay. I clicked pay with cash or debit card. It took me too a pay page an it only offered card, gift card, or PayPal. No cash when picking up. An if you didn’t put in your card number, it won’t let you put the order in. It also has the scan option but won’t let you do that either to scan the code. So u deleted the app an just went in again.

Subfly , flys everywhere want on peoples food including mine and my grandmas food(my grandma has a weak immunity system so she can literally get badly ill) had a bad ingredient and they said all they could do is remake it cause there is no manger on duty and looked bored and uninterested when telling me.The place looks new. But flys everywhere plus the employees not caring is wild to me. They told me to come back but I literally live out of state how can I do that? Honestly the health department needs to go and maybe shut this location down. I also would like to put out that when I did speak up about the flys on my sandwich they gave me a weird look like I’m a freak for asking.

The food sucked. Literally tastes old and I can tell the people don’t care about the food they make. Missing items that I added to the sandwich and left a special note that was not followed. Very skimpy on the sauces and veggies. Out of tomato. I feel not good after eating here. I like to order on the app, but sometimes it removes items on it’s own also. This Subway tastes old and made with no love, which is terribly sad because I LOVE the subways in surrounding areas.

This was the worst Subway I’ve ever been to! The line was out the door at a busy lunch hour and it seems they were only focused on the online orders than the people standing in front of them. They wouldn’t even start my order until the one in front of me was completed from start to finish. Plus the girl making it was slow, slow, slow—seems like she could only use one hand to apply the veggies for some reason despite having two working hands. Overall it took about 30 minutes to get one 6” sub! The store also seemed dirty. There were flies EVERYWHERE, even on the food. Lucky for me I was just driving through and will never have to dine at this restaurant again.

Update 17 October Hey got signs Now Looks good but the same old stuff. Your out of many items. App says No steak n Cheese. How can you stay in business like that. But ordered 4 sandwiches anyway on my mac But either it wasnt apparent on how to pay with credit card or it will only use apple pay. No way to change it. So I dont want to use apple pay so you loss a $50 Order The Service rating is because of the Site /////// Signs (2) never work outside ( Looks Closed at night ) for at least 9 months. They say it is reported. But they could put a new sign INSIDE ( Wow That Helped ). Why also are they, Not once or twice but all the time out of items. Today was one of the breads and bacon. ( Hey go to Walmart and buy some bacon or what ever you’re out of till it comes in ) Ive seen them out of at least 6 items one time. This is SAD for a National chain. Also I believe they are the largest fast food chain. ( More restaurants than McDonalds ) But last but not least, The food is just edible. Like buying a premade sandwich from the cooler in a store. The employees are nice but thats about it.

This is one of the worst managed subway I have ever visited. Out of stuff all the time and they will just put on whatever they feel like if there out of what you order online. Most of the time the vegetables are brown and mushy. They are so poorly managed they don’t have staff to cover during normal operation hours. A sad excuse of a store and a waste of space in sterling.
