I would give a 4+ star but recently, Valentines day i order a pizza. The 1st had to be remade because a slight mistake in topping…no big deal.. The second was as expected HOWEVER the pizza had a PEBBLE…..yes a small STONE in it which i bit into and nearly broke a tooth. I called immediately, received a reply and after a few text and conversation was offered a refund. The owner Mr Eric Walter suggested that there was potential quality escape at a supplier location and would turn it into that channel. We were not able to come to an amicable resolution, as an offer or a refund was not sufficient from my POV and anything beyond that was unreasonable from Mr Eric Walters POV. The staff in the store were pleasant, professional and excellent. The pizza besides a “Stone” in it was excellent. Happy Valentines Day I guess and Suprise you get a stone.

I used Papa Murphy’s app for the first time in ages. I didn’t use it regularly before because it was difficult to navigate. Boy did they make changes. It’s super user friendly now. I like to use apps to place my food orders for pickup. We love Papa Murphy’s Pizza so I will be placing more orders via the app in the future. Thank you.

Spent $112.50 on 5 pizzas and 2 keto chicken garlic.
Every pizza was on thin crust (only 1 was supposed to be), one missing jalapeños which I specially requested, the keto trays made with red sauce not garlic.
After a long day and finally making it home I discovered the errors….and called. Brandon claimed to have made the ketos with creamy white sauce….not and even tried to tell me that the dough was a regular dough….not!
They did offer 30%off the next time but this is ridiculous!

For the price I paid, I thought it would be better. We got a Med pepperoni with olives on half. It was over $17 with a small tip. For that I can just have something delivered hot. Just saying. But the sauce and cheese is pretty good.

Well the website shows they close at 8p.m i get there at 7:28p.m i was told it’s to late to order. So I suggest for this particular location don’t try to pickup a pizza after 7p.m..

They have amazing attention to detail at this location. We are always satisfied with how quickly our order is put together, and the quality of the ingredients. When I pick up our food they always make sure to ask me if everything is correct.

Very, very, disappointed Papa Murphys in Midwest City closed. They made the best pizzas in town. I loved the concept of taking a fresh pizza home and cooking it when I wanted to. Their pizzas were loaded with toppings and their prices were reasonable. I will miss it.

Ok. The location that closed in midwest city deserved to. Nothing like Papa Murphys standards. This location at 1295 Danforth is on point. Never have an issue. Staff is always professional and courteous. This should be a training location. All papa’s should operate like this store. Great job guys.
