What a magical place! We ventured here from Franklin, and were happy to see every seat occupied by family groups enjoying ginormous cup of hot chocolate, and Kings cake. The coffee was delicious, The Cuban was not too sweet and generous sized! I’ll be back for sure. How lucky that community is to have this shop!

This place is great! I was in the area for work and popped in for a quick coffee and a snack. I got a beautiful slice of coffee cake and it was soooo good. The atmosphere was welcoming and buzzing with activity. If you are looking for a coffee shop that has community, delicious coffee, and a wide selection of food, I recommend you come here!

I have known about this place for YEARS. I have never stopped in because I don’t speak understandable Spanish. I didn’t want my Spanglish to be disrespectful and annoying. I started seeing reels more and more. So I gave into temptation. I’m glad I conquered my fear. This place is amazing. I loved every minute i was there. The ambiance, the great smells, the music. I love you guys. I wish I could stop here daily on my way to work. The coffee is fantastic, the bagel hit the spot. I WILL BE trying every cake in that case. First-time customer review: I went around 6 p.m. The sign outside said “Dubai Chocolate,” which I have been looking to try. Parking is available on the side of the building, and I didn’t have a problem finding a spot. It is located on a busy street. The environment is clean and welcoming. They have a variety of items for everyone to enjoy. They did not have the Dubai chocolate available but said they would update their Facebook page once it’s back in stock.

My wife and heard about JOS online and has been wanting to go for a long time. We were leaving my son at the airport making our way back home and all of a sudden she yells, “THIS IS THE STREET JOS 15 IS ON!” I had no choice! We went and oh my god am I so happy we did! Blown away!We didn’t try the giant concha’s but their Cuban coffee and carrot bread were perfect! The vibe is festive and inviting. I strongly encourage you to try JOS 15 you will fall in love. We had the BIG concha and the BIG coffee, it was amazing! A little sweet to my liking but that’s the whole point lol. They have a variety of things. Overall I think it was a great place to visit and eat at. I can see how during winter this place would be great hehe.

The coffee is great! I ordered a salted caramel latte with oat milk, my partner ordered the tiramisu latte. I got the plain bagel with cream cheese and pictured is the chicken biscuit. They have tons of pastries & sweet treats along with milkshakes and add-ins.

Love this place! The decor is so cute and I can’t wait to bring my friends. Pastries are delicious and very unique! Parking lot is sort of small and the nearby intersection sucks but it’s worth the trouble.

The esthetic is so fire inside and small but homey feel. The empanadas are fire, we had beef ones where I originally ordered two and went back to order two more. The sweet treat by the cash register with Nutella on top was my favorite. The mango flan was my daughter favorite. It gave a cheesecake vibe with a homemade jelly on top. I ordered the tiramisu latte which was fire as well. My other daughter ordered the mango matcha I wasn’t a fan of cause matcha is a desired taste but definitely recommend 10/10!!!
