Whenever we road trip through farm country and rural areas, we make sure to check for any awesome Mexican food offerings in the vicinity. While this one had pretty good reviews I have to say my chicken tacos were incredibly underwhelming. My husbands carne asada burrito The Jamaica juice was awesome and the beans and rice were just OK. They did have a drive-through which was cool but we did end up eating at their covered outdoor front porch area. Any of the reviews around bad attitudes are probably entitled people who are looking for a bad time ans a fight anyways. We did not notice any bad attitudes.

Excellent authentic Mexican food! My wife and I stopped here on a long journey and it was a great experience. The burritos are very good and the homemade lemonade was absolutely delicious. Everything is made to order and it is drive-thru only right now for covid, which is fine by us as a road trip stop.

I’ve been coming here ever since the owner had a little food truck. He now has a little sit down location. Service is usually pretty fast and the taste of the food is amazing! I usually get the burrito, but everything else on the menu is delicious as well! The quesadilla is probably my second favorite menu item, with the torta coming right after that. If you’re ever in Connell, or passing by on 395, stop at this place! It’s not too far off the freeway.

Drove up to order but when asking him one question and telling him what I wanted he rushed me very rudely saying “are you gonna order or not because we have other customers behind you” which was one car that just got there. Better memorize their menu before you pull up!

Horrible service from the man taking our ordered. Gave us attitude from the start for asking for a fork, we were told we would have to pay and we agreed. However the “Boss” said to just give it for free. He rolled his eyes and just had a nasty attitude.

Excellent tacos. These were a delicious surprise when we pulled off the highway for a quick stop. Great price, tasty and fast. We will stop again. Highly recommend!

ZERO STARS!!!! the man who helped me today was very rude I believe he is the owner so sad to see the hispanic race fall lower than they already are. Owner acts like it’s our duty to buy him he needs to understand that he needs to be more polite to customers they feed you remember that ungrateful man definitely will never come back good luck in staying in business

La Herradura is a 5 star with really good options and is much better at service than several of the other locals. La Herradura offers much better offerings and provides the equivalent of your local burrito. We love this location.
