I call this location at 9:40pm on 1/12/26 and I am told they do not take orders after 9:30pm & would not take my order. I asked to speak with the manager. I am prompted with, speaking. I asked for the managers name & was told no I can’t know his name. WHAT? On Google it says the store is open until 10pm I told the guy. He said their ovens shut down on their OWN at 9:30pm and they answers the phones to answer questions and clean until 10pm. One of two things, either the staff at night is shutting down early with out manager knowledge or management is real silly at night. Sales are flowing right out the window. I just wanted a pizza.

This is a very good pizza place. The stuffed crust pizza was excellent, there evenwas not extra charge to make it with Alfredo. The staff members were professional & nice. Overall I would recommend this place. Try to order ahead by phone or online, as pizza takes 15 minutes or longer to cook.

Tried to pull up to pick up window to grab our order because we waited to make sure it was done before heading up to pick it up Sat there behind people whose order was not done and we’re just blocking up the pickup line till finally I pulled out of it parked and went inside where the staff very rudely said oh well we can’t ask him to move and I was like sure you can they do it at mine all the time Just either tell them to pull around or pull up and we’ll bring it out then ask for paper plates they’re like over out of paper plates as well worst location I’ve been to

The food was cooked, it was hot, and it tasted okay, it was average. The restaurant interior and the parking lot were both clean. The service was excellent and friendly. There were numerous things that he did and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service experience that was provided to me. I asked his name afterwards.. it’s Keller.

We had a delivery order, one Supreme was good, but the pepperoni one was not done, dough was not cooked enough, very gummy for lack of another word. Called the manager and told him about it, I did say that I could probably bake it a bit longer to make it editable, he said sorry, and nothing more. Spent $50 on 2 pizzas, one can’t be eaten unless cooked more, and I basically got a sorry about your luck comment. What about making it right? If I wanted to cook my own pizza, I would have instead of spending $50 on an uncooked one!

I called in my order and the young lady would not even give me her name? You’re supposed to represent the place You work like all the other restaurants in town with a big smile and you’re name. Why is it that Papa John’s people do not say their names? The young lady was rude on the phone. She had no Personality and the pizza tasted like cardboard.It sucked!!!!!!

I was quoted one price over the phone after I ordered. When I got there it was $10 higher than what I was quoted. I walked out. They Said the extra cheese was $5 and the the extra meat was only $2. They quoted me $2 over the phone for extra cheese.
