I wish I could give 0 stars. There’s a girl working there that has extremely long nails and was NOT friendly. We ordered a #2 combo with a small Pepsi, they gave me a starry instead. My husband ordered a #8 with a medium starry. They gave us 3 soft shell tacos instead of the #8 and when we asked for Pepsi instead of starry she got SO SNAPPY and was mad that they had to fix it?? we then asked for sauce at the drive through and she smacked them in my husbands hand and slammed the window shut. Probably won’t be coming back.

I’ve been to quite few Taco John’s, and this was by far the worst. Messed up my order, when I asked about they said that they made what I ordered. Basically said that I was a liar. Ole’s were burnt and way too much seasoning, super burrito looked about half the size of normal. The meat was burnt. Extremely rude staff.
The previous owner of this location would have never let this slide. I’ll never return to this location. I’ll find a Taco Bell instead.

Honestly this was far better than I had any right to expect. This particular location had some real goofball working, they were charming and nice, but they totally screwed up the order. We watched then put sour cream and cheese on a dairy free burrito, asked them to remake it and he did but then made it with chicken instead of steak and we had to shout to stop him from putting on sour cream and cheese. The dinning room was not very clean and the men’s bathroom door was falling off its pins. The food was very tasty!!!

We went there and ordered a six pack in a pound. The potato were overcooked . And not tacos meat was really cold we called them and talked to the managers they were kind of rude pretty much calm with a liar when all he did with quote from the window and paper order and went across street from Taco John’s. We called them just to be decent to let him know that they’re meeting cold and they got kind of snobby with this all I do is walk across the street and give them back their taco but I wasn’t going to put up with the disrespect she told me that her new temperature was something if that was the case why was it cold and Gracie. Believe you me that is no way to disrespect the customer and then it may have been $18 but it’s still when you buy food you expect to have a nice hot meal.

There’s not much I can say that’s positive about our visit. The tables were all dirty, the dining area was unkempt and dated, and the potato oles were burnt and so incredibly salty I could feel my cells becoming hypertonic as I suffered through eating what we paid for. Actually – I do remember a positive – the air conditioning works extremely well…so well that we were actually cold in august. Will not be a repeat customer.

The place is run down and grungy. Dirty cloth on the backs of the booth. Floor was grimy. Sticky floor in the bathroom. Food was greasy & overcooked yet not warm. I believe it had been pre cooked and then just fried again when it gets ordered. Not great.

The employee at the drive-thru was rude and unhelpful, it took 30+ minutes to get a taco salad that had 3 pieces of beef on it and I was refused a side of ranch unless I paid for it. And this has happened more than once. Do not go here. 0 stars.

I love this restaurant they really love their customers and make sure there happy I’m glad I stopped by around 4 pm today ! Godbless you to the staff that are working. I been there several times and never had a bad experience! Also, there really fast service and have delicious food !

I love taco johns. But it seems like every time I have been there recently I have bad experiences. Here are some things from each time I have been there. 1.) I had hair in my food. 2.) my potato oles were hard as rock. Not edible. 3.)I went through the drive thru and was missing a nacho cheese and a potato ole. 4.) my last time ever in the drive thru I was pregnant and that was my craving…and I went there quite often and the two people working always worked when I went and I was watching them prepare my food and they were laughing and kept looking at me. And handed me my food. And basically shook the back because I was looking away for a second and I said thank you and they said uh huh and laughed. So needless to say from every experience I have had recently they lost my service. And it’s sad because I love taco johns. Even with new management I thought that place would be better.
