This location is on my way home and I’ve stopped a few times. My coffee and lattes are always good, my breakfast sandwiches are as well. However, it’s a donut shop and my donuts are always horrible. I will never get them from here again, I will drive to Krispy Kreme or just stop by the Publix bakery for fresh donuts.
This location always mixes them up when you order more than just glazed or iced. It’s never the flavors I asked for and the donuts with fillings have the smallest amount in the middle! Your just eating a mouthful of dry donut and get one bite with the actual filling in it. That’s not what I paid for.
They don’t feel fresh made and if I order certain flavors to satisfy everyone I’m ordering for it’s a disappointment when their wrong and someone gets left out.
If you work in a place that’s primary buisness is donuts, learn your product, bake them fresh daily and fill them properly. Make sure you are putting the proper donuts in the box and giving people what they pay for.

The store is nasty on the inside,crumbs ans food droppings, give me mice somewhere. The workers are young and obviously in patient. I asked one about redeeming my giftcard she shrug her shoulders and act as she didnt know anything after saying im not sure. No positive energy, smiles or welcoming demeanor from any of the employees

Dunkin’ Donuts Where Customer Service Goes to Die
I ordered a sandwich and what I got was completely burnt the entire thing was black and disgusting. When I called the store to complain, the person who answered was rude and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. That’s ridiculous. If management or HR doesn’t reach out about this, it’ll just prove how careless this company really is. This was hands down the worst food and customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Wanted to get coffee for the long drive. Had ONE car in front of me and when it was my turn at first a lady responded and as soon as I started to order an older man responded screaming HOLD ON THERES ALOT PEOPLE HERE AND IM THE ONLY ONE. I get it honestly its frustrating and overwhelming but you do not respond screaming to me asking me to wait. If you cant handle constumer service dont work period

Such a great experience every time I visit this location! Everyone is super nice and friendly. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk inside to pick up my mobile order. There’s never a wait on the inside, plus the drive thru is usually pretty quick even during rush hour. I order the same items each time, especially the Matcha Latte; my absolute fave!! It’s always made to perfection every time. Thank you so much for always providing a great experience for your customers!

I wanted to like this location. But…this is the 2nd out of 4 times that I’ve gone to this location personally (doesn’t include the times I’ve been here to do a pick up order for customers) and they are inconsistent with the quality of food they serve. My prior visit a couple of months ago they sold me very stale hard dry doughnuts! I was shocked. This last visit this week they gave us the worst made egg and cheese wake up wraps I’ve ever bought. I could tell they did not clean the toaster oven they toasted the wraps in from all the black stuff on the outside of the wraps. Gross. I went back and politely asked them if they either could remake the wraps or give a refund. They offered to remake the wraps. Instead they literally took the exact same wraps they had already made us the first time and threw them right back in the toaster oven and over cooked them burning the cheese inside. They thought that because I couldn’t see what they were doing in the kitchen that I wouldn’t know any better. Very insulting and a waste of our time! I checked the wraps and had to ask them for a refund once I recognized immediately what they did. They then told me that they didn’t know how to refund my money for the wraps back onto my debit card. So they offered to give me a gift card instead. They wasted so much of our time and though they don’t know what they’re doing at all.
