Rude service food takes a while to get to you. Sometimes it’s burned.Sometimes it’s undercooked, which I don’t understand when i’ve worked in fast food and everything you cook is supposed to be on a timer, to add to this review I have gotten an email saying to contact checkers i tried filling everything out on the web site and that didn’t work and tried calling the 800 number and they flat out told me they couldn’t help, I’m very upset about the whole experience.!!

I ordered the TPain meal with the burger as well as a side of Philly cheese steak bites and a coke zero to drink. The person had me repeat my order. I was charged $13 and did not receive a receipt. I got home, no BBQ chicken bites were in my bag. This indicates to me (due to the price and lack of chicken bites) that even after I repeated my order, it was not put on correctly. The burger was so cold that the cheese was not melted and the BBQ sauce tasted horrible. The fries were tasteless and the drink tastes off as well, like maybe the carbonation is off or they haven’t cleaned the machine in a while. The only decent part of the meal were the Philly cheese steak bites. This was my second trip to Checkers in Houston and I will likely not be returning.

Need to change hours passed by several places to eat because online shows open till 1am get there at 11:10 and already closed! Incompetence as most of the fast food places!
