This location would not answer their calls. When my call was finally answered for my simple question they were quite rude and had an attitude. I failed to get names but the lady at the cash register checking me out was rushing me instead of assisting me with my rewards when I was having trouble and there was no one else in the store. To top it off I left with an untoasted bagel because they did not bother to toast it. I love brueggers bagels but I was disappointed with this experience.

I hate leaving bad reviews… so before I type all this out, I will start by saying my employee interaction and food were great. It’s the condition of this store that knocks the stars down. This establishment has been completely let go. Furniture is ripped and worn, pieces falling off, worn carpet, everything has grime all over it. Nothing is having cleaned or repaired. It’s a shame, this place was well kept for years. It’s not the responsibility of the working staff to replace broken and stained ceiling tiles or nail broken boards back in place.
I’m sure a franchise of this size can afford replacement furniture and paint. Do better management.

These ladies, Kadeijah and Tequila at this establishment are so sweet, helpful and welcoming! I had an issue with a coffee that I didn’t even buy at this establishment and they helped me sweeten it, and I am now convinced to start buying my coffees here instead because they were so focused on making it to my taste even with a coffee from elsewhere. Another note, these ladies have been welcoming to me since the first time i’ve come to this location. Please recognize these employees for their hard work and great attitudes! This is what me as a customer looks for at any establishment. Y’all got it!

This was my first time coming here. Nice size location with a great menu. I had the turkey sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel but they have a wide variety of bagels to choose from. They ladies working there were super nice and I received great customer service. Can’t wait to try the Maple French Toast bagel!

This is the best Brueggers! I love going in to see the morning ladies- they are so friendly and helpful. I like to run in and grab just one bagel for myself as a treat. My husband stops in frequently and gets a dozen and cream cheese for his coworkers. We always have a great experience!

Bagels are the best I’ve had since I’ve been in Greensboro. Food always tastes fresh. Dannie is the best! She knows the order of her regulars and is always very friendly no matter what time of morning.

This one is large and has a seating area in the restaurant. Delicious Vermont Bagel sandwich (new), bacon, avocado egg sandwich, and the twice baked hashbrown.

This is my last time visiting brugers. I walked up to the counter and I said how are you this morning? And all she said was give me a minute. Like really? Everyone in there had an attitude as if I was inconveniencing them by bringing my business there. The restaurant is dirty feeling and haven’t been updated in years and is due for a makeover but if it’s supposed to be like a dirty ny bagel shop they got it right on.

I love Brugger’s Bagels, but today I went in to get lunch. The bagel selection was so slim with very few if any bagels except plain ones. There were several people in there waiting, so I just got a plain bagel with cream cheese. I also ordered a large unsweetened tea, which they were also out of.
The store does not close until 2:00. It was very upsetting that I could not get anything I wanted when they did not close for another hour.
And no one was making anymore bagels.
