This was my go-to when not cooking. I absolutely love Anapurna’s. Tried all locations, including Santa Fe. Best pizza ever, loved the noodles in coconut broth, the empanadas (that’s not the name but dont recall at the moment), the hot chai is very enjoyable… I don’t recall every dish but we had a lot of what’s on the menu. I’d say it’s one of my favorite restaurants in the US. I travel and this place has a special place. Sorry it took so long for this review; they deserve all the stars.

Amazing place to eat — hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had at Annapurna’s World Vegetarian Café. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Jacob made the experience even better — he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and so helpful from start to finish. We felt genuinely taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

Really good food. A little pricy but then again groceries are expensive so what do you expect. I got a pot of tea $7 and the Green Plate $17, they have cheaper options but I wanted to sit here a while so I bought a lot. I took one star off because they have dumb hours they’re closed on Monday and Tuesday. However, I was here from 9-11:30 on a Wednesday and only 1 other customer came. The quality of the food easily surpasses the surrounding locations. I feel really good after eating this food.

I am not vegetarian but I took my son there on his birthday because he is. I ordered the Thai stir fry and it was delicious. The menu says that it comes with a fire sauce but it was from New Mexico standards medium hot which was great
It has an interesting menu and I will be going back

I love me some Annapurna’s, even though I haven’t been to this location before. I tried something new for me- masala brussel sprouts, hoping it was a healthier choice over the delicious masala fries, but despite how much I love brussel sprouts, these didn’t save the day. Soggy, surprisingly lemony and meh.
Also, the last times I’ve been in an Annapurna’s, I have been shocked by how bad the customer service has been, including being shamed for my last order!?
My bottom line? Try it. There’s are some tried and true faves and nice, comforting, healing food!

Stopped in Albuquerque on a road trip, and found this restaurant while searching for vegan breakfast! I got a breakfast burrito and my partner got cardamom blueberry pancakes and they were So Good. I’ve been vegan a long time and this place reminded me of old school vegan restaurants, murals and plants everywhere with sweet bistro music playing, which is awesome. Sweet and on top of it server! Really loved it!
Great chai and coffee too <3

For 20 years Annapurna was my favorite restaurant. What the heck happened? I’ve basically stopped going there ever after multiple times of the worst food ever. I tried. We were with company today and my gluten free bun was saturated with oil. The salads have become so skimpy. The hummus is bland. The sauces are bland and runny. What the heck has happened? My husband likes his burrito. I’ll give it that but I hope never ever to go there again which is sad because I want to support vegetarian restaurants.

We have been getting takeout from Eubank store for the last 3 years. Tha last 2 times both have been in the last month. One being last night. The mushroom tacos had two mushrooms in each half and very few greens. Taste was good but extremely poor on quantity of ingredients. My falafel wrap plate had plenty greens and falafel but was extremely dry.. The previous visit both the falafel and vadalis tacos where sub pat in every way. That definitely isn’t normal for them.. Between these visits we went to Silver store and ordered take out falafel wrap plate and Vadalis taco plate. Both were a huge disappointment. The answer both times was sorry you had a bad experience and please try. I believe after over 13 years of supporting this establishment, we are going to have to try another vegan restaurant. Seems like they don’t care to make it right.

The food here was AMAZING! I don’t know why it took me so long to go here. Getting the food was a little slow, but otherwise everything was amazing. The portion sizes are like what you’d expect at a non-veg restaurant, which was great. We had leftovers, which is not a common occurrence with vegan food(which is usually a small portion at a high price). Annapurnas has been in Albuquerque for a long time and I see why. Will definitely be coming back! I had the Singapore noodles and we got fries for the table with amazing dipping sauces.

I love this restaurant and have been to all the ABQ locations. This one is nice, in a strip mall on the north side. My husband and I both love, love, love the cauliflower tacos on the dosa. Delicious! (I sometimes crave their black beans which are so good. I will say they were pretty salty during this visit. Almost to the point where I couldn’t eat them. I’ve never experienced this before-they are usually perfect) We also ordered food to go to eat for dinner. It was a sample platter of some Indian dishes and a beet salad. All of it was delicious! The girl who was our cashier was very friendly and the prices are reasonable and the food is always fresh. We do have one complaint about this visit. (hence 4 stars) There was a young man who came in for his shift and he immediately started talking to his coworkers and using very foul language.(every other word was an f-bomb) We are not prudes but felt it was very unprofessional-it was also very easy to hear because there is no music playing in the restaurant. We were sitting at the front of the restaurant and the counter where he was, is at the back. We hope this was an isolated incident, perhaps a very bad day for him, as we’ve never experienced this before. This is my favorite restaurant and I will definitely be back and hopefully we will only hear kindness from the mouths of the employees next time.
