The place was empty for 1230pm on a Monday. Maybe because it was raining. Service and food was great! I never had any problems with the food at any Playa bowls. It’s always consistent! Tons of flavor and crunch! I ordered the Nica bowl this time to try something different. It tasted great! Still, my favorite is the coco power bowl. Parking is a bit of a pain. You are in downtown Summit.

I didnt find the staff friendly at all. I was rushed to place my order and while I waited I was stared at while they whispered. At least they made sure they covered their mouths. Maybe the Morristown location is better. I’ll just stick with Jungle Juice.

On Sunday I was passing through summit and passed by a playabowl and decided to stop and get myself a bowl. When I came in, the line wasn’t too long and moved along quickly. I got to the register and worker named Mark greeted me warmly and took my order. In just a few minutes Dylan prepared what might be the best bowl I’ve ever had. My go to is the power bowl with a few additions, but the bowl Dylan crafted for me felt like it was made with a warmth, not just rushly made. They were the only ones working and I had such a nice experience I felt compelled to leave a review. Highly recommend this spot!

This is a great location with friendly workers excellent consistent value of all the products. My only gripe is please change out your garbage cans to a style that doesn’t require you physically lift the lid by hand. I mean who wants to have to pick up a garbage can top every time they need to throw out garbage especially when holding a bowl or smoothie in hand. I think of all the peoples hands who have to touch that per day and ugh. Okay too muxh in the cans. Overall great place and service!

Friendly service with great music playlist! Throwbacks to the early 2000s. There’s tons of seating inside and just a cute spot to hit up.
I enjoyed my bowl with mango blend, large coconut flakes, pineapple, kiwi, and granola. However, it shows that goji berries come with it but I didn’t find any. Just a small miss but otherwise really enjoyed it and the strawberry smoothie!
The single bathroom is quite clean.

I came into Playa Bowls after a rough day, and I was honestly feeling pretty low. Mylo one of the employees, greeted me with such warmth and kindness—it completely turned my day around. Their gentle, comforting words and positive energy made me feel seen and cared for in a way I didn’t expect. Even after that he tickled my gooch! Sometimes, a good bowl and a kind soul are all it takes to start feeling human again. Thank you, Mylo, for being the bright spot I needed. Truly life-changing. 🙂

Super fresh ingredients and friendly staff. A wide variety of fruits and granola for bowls. I highly recommend this place as a stop for a delicious and nutritious breakfast. Very clean establishment and cute logo merchandise for sale.
