Neither employee was wearing a uniform or a hat. Boy in kitchen should have a hat on due to cooking food. Girl should have to have her hair in a proper ponytail or braid with a hat on due to using the mixers. Never been to a dq where the employees aren’t required to wear uniforms.

I just left there. Went there to get lunch and waited inside while they made it. Well, I should say thought they were making it. The service was OK. It was just a couple of teenagers, but they need to get real with the food they gave me. There was nobody in the drive-through, and there was only one other group of people in the dining room. They were already served in eating. So there was no excuse for them to give me cold burgers, and stale, cold french fries.

2nd post in a month. Another small chocolate cone. Another disgusting stale cone. Actually, upon inspection, I have determined that this location went from using Joy Cone Co. cones, which is local, to using off brand cheap cones that are the most stale cones I have ever eaten. I will not be back and waste my money on you going the cheap way out. I notice the lot is never as full as it used to be. What else have they cheaped out on? You are the only ice cream place in the area. Do better!

Told the owners wife that I enjoy this location the best. Burgers are always perfect, and I can’t complain about the ice cream. This location is my favorite when it comes to the food.

The customer service at the West Middlesex, PA location was horrible. I drive 4 hours to this location to pick my daughter up and give them outside business. Besides the food and ice cream being good, the customer service will keep me from returning. I’m going to pick a new place to get my business.

Very busy Dairy Queen! Lots of people waiting for food and ice cream treats. The burgers were good, but the French Fries were cold so they had to be returned for some hot fresh ones.

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered at 6:07 and still didn’t have our order at 6:33 and people who came after us that ordered food got their food before us so we asked for our money back. And another lady waited longer than that but wasn’t worried. Probably won’t be back again since all they have is young kids working who can’t get orders out in a timely manner.
