Food was normal Panera, heat and serve. The restaurant was clean. The only problem I truly had was the guy standing at the counter that they serve your food out of. He clearly didn’t work at this Panera. He stood there talking to other people working there scratching his head while watching his phone drinking a drink. It just not sanitary & I should have said something in the moment.

Convenient location, friendly employees & great tasting food. Ordered via kiosk (skip the line) & food was ready quickly. Recommend signing up for their rewards program & even ordering via the app which I routinely do.
Update: new chicken sandwich is very good! Also, joined Unlimited Sip Club trial.
I would recommend this location to friends & family.

I always enjoy Panera food, tried almost all sandwiches and drinks. The kids there do their best, for many this is their first job, they also study, they are learning the adulthood responsibilities and many times get treated poorly by people that feels superior and should probably go to a high end restaurant that will better meet their expectations. This is great fast food place; and yes they can make mistakes but they are approachable and listen to you, so I can talk to them or the manager, they are always happy to fix it for you, so I keep coming back and see how they improve, no need to trash them in a review. It’s rewarding to see our next generation making an effort, so let’s guide and help them as we will find them in many other businesses too. God bless.

I was surprise to walk into Panera on a Sunday at 7:03 am which I’m thinking it opens at 7 am but the store was open and they had no food made also the females who was a front putting the food on the gallery looked at me like I was walking into her home kitchen she never greeted me and was not happy to see me walk into the doors… anyways how is it ur open at 7 am and has no food on the pantry or nothing made this is the second Panera I go to and the quality of the customer service is honestly terrible they really need to check an see who they are hiring also what managers they have running their locations!

I loved Athena at the drive through and was super helpful and friendly! I ended up needing to park to come inside and use the restroom when I had an odd encounter with a man named “Brett”. When I was walking to the bathroom he gently brushed my shoulder when i stopped and we locked eyes. He said “hey” as we gazed into each others eyes for about 5 seconds till he mysteriously walked away… I think about that hunk everyday

The sandwich I bought was not good enough for the price. That was Philly Steak Sandwich, but hard to see any meat inside the sandwich. I don’t feel good after I eat it. Always like Pantera before, but I think that’s depends on the location.

This is the most comically sad $5 salad I’ve ever seen lol – Like, this is so, so embarrassing for you. What happened Panera, you’re not even pretending to care anymore?
I’m literally laughing at this salad while I simultaneously cry that we let these chumps take our hard-earned money in exchange for 8 pieces of lettuce and 5 croutons. What happened to us America? We deserve better.
Do better Panera. You have one job, just do it.
Or don’t….. who cares as long as the shareholders are happy right?
TLDR: Go somewhere else if you want to be fed, Panera sucks.

Food is good and quality is consistent. Love the new chicken sandwich. It appears all the meat portions have gotten smaller, particularly the chicken/steak added to salads. Interior is laid out well and spacious.

Ordered a bread bowl. As i picked it up at the window, i noticed a large black mold on the top of the cut out of the bread. They exchanged it for a new bread bowl, and to my surprise, when i split the cut out, there was mold again. I did complain and got 2 vouchers, but please look through your breads for mold before you eat.
