Perfect comfort food for cold weather. This ramen hits the spot in every way. Rich, creamy broth, perfectly cooked pork, and that soft-boiled egg is unreal. Every bite feels warm and satisfying.
Customer service was absolutely lovely. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, which made the whole experience even better.

Fast and wonderful service! Gluten free noodles available and staff was super attentive to allergies. You can build your own ramen bowl or order from specialties. Spicy Garlic edemame was SO GOOD. I will be back when I need good quick delicious ramen.

Tried this place on our way to LA and my family and I thought the food was good. The portions were quite big for each bowl and tasted good. We also tried the appetizer sampler and that had about 4 pieces of 3 (maybe 4) different types of appetizers. Everything was super filling and it was super easy to order and customize when we ordered at the front. There were a lot of tables inside, but you could also sit outside where they had a few TVs running. Overall was a good place to eat.

As a first time visitor it can be a little overwhelming with all the choices. Asked the staff and they really helped with recommendations. The food came relatively fast. Both visually appealing and delicious. It’s a lot of food but worth the value.

It’s not exactly traditional ramen, but I think with Fresno’s heat, a lighter flavor is more suitable.
The noodles were perfectly cooked in great texture ,reminiscent of pasta, and the sauteed spinach was delicious. While the broth was light, it was perfect for the heat.
You order at the counter, and they don’t ask for tips. The staff were very friendly.

I had a great experience at Ramen Hayashi! The food was really good the broth especially stood out. Rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The restaurant itself is super modern and clean, with fast, efficient service. Everything came out fresh and hot.
One small surprise: my ramen came with a fried egg instead of the usual soft-boiled egg I expected. Not a deal-breaker, but I was curious if that’s standard or if I should ask for a different option next time.
Overall, definitely worth visiting if you’re craving ramen in Fresno!

Very clean and helpful. The staff was very nice. Food was really good! Spicy miso was definitely spicy!! We had the spicy garlic edamame, it was alright. Wish they had fried or cooked the garlic longer. The noodles were fresh and yummy! They have a fountain drink in the middle so fountain drinks are unlimited. The chicken karage was literally heaven. It melted in your mouth! The pricing was actually very good! We got a bunch of food for a good price!
