They didn’t ask if I wanted my food toasted and when I brought it up I was ignored. I brushed it off I was like whatever not going to make a big deal out of it we sit down to eat and the music that is playing sounds like kids screaming another song was singing about eating hearts and brains which was real nice while I was eating my food. Not the best experience I have had……

Erica was so rude. Older lady with short blonde hair and bad teeth. Failed to explain the fact that they were short on every single ingredient in the store which meant you couldn’t order extras of anything on your sandwich. She then finished my sandwich and went to the computer to ring it in WITH HER GLOVES ON. Then tried to continue making my daughter’s sandwich. When I stopped her and asked her to change gloves she said “does your daughter have an allergy or something??” (with an attitude) I said no! But you just cross contaminated and that could get her sick!!

They didn’t add the ordered vegetables to the salad and when I questioned it they said, “That’s all you get.” They doused it with salad dressing and put a little lettuce with cucumbers in. What a waste of money. The usual two ladies that work ate good but these girls didn’t know what they were doing.

Sooo. Hours of operations is false. Open til 10 but doors are locked at 8pm… on the door it says open till 10pm. If they are not open till 10pm. Can the store correct the hours of operations corrected

Just placed an online order with my daughter. Her sandwich was fine…but somehow they didn’t read the second sandwich at all..no Pepperjack (Swiss) loaded with Mayo (why??) It’s so messy with the wrong ingredients I can’t even eat it..what a waste!Tired of this with this location. Buyer beware!

First time I’ve been to a subway in awhile, been several years since last at this location. Morgan made mine and a friends sandwich, they came out excellently put together with very little mess. She was timely and polite, overall great experience.

Covered my wrap in way too much sauce to the point it leaked through the to go brown bag. Gave me no napkins. The lady taking my order was very short with me and acted like she didn’t want to be there.
