As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Almost $17 for 1 combo meal and 3 chicken tenders. I had to go back b/c they forgot a burger to only find out the cashier was too high that he supposedly forgot to charge or add the additional burger. So we paid $17 for this with 3 cold chicken tenders. Cheeseburger was cold, no lettuce, onions, etc. Glad I took pictures to dispute and to file a better business complaint so these overnight associates start actually trying to work!

This was my first time coming to Checkers here off Dale Mabry. I didn’t know that they had chicken sandwiches. I thought they only had burgers. I ordered the western chicken sandwich, and my wife and kids got the chicken bites and a single burger.
Our friends from California were interested in trying it, and it was okay. Fries were good.
You do have to walk up to order and then wait for them to call your name. There are 5-6 tables outside for dining.
Overall, it was okay.

My grandkids and I love to go to Checkers because we always find something for everybody for dinner,lunch or whatever occasion we want to celebrate! Yesterday we just wanted to celebrate being together and having our nails done all at the same time! We had so much fun! The kids loved the Special that was recently advertised a were very happy with it. I highly recommend Checkers because of the great deals and their consistent quality! We got takeout to eat at home!

Now checkers, come on now ‼️ this was so disappointing, I paid almost 10$ for a meal that was supposed to have “Philly cheesesteak” on it. This is what I got yall gotta do better. Posting picture of advertisement, vs what I got. I know fast food burgers aren’t identical to the advertisement clearly, but this is just disrespectful. A couple of tiny burnt pieces of “Philly steak” – I wish I looked before I got home.

The gentleman working the window was very rude we direct 15 mins doing back and forth with the AI just to get to the window and ignored he was to busy taking with his CO worker i was really looking forward to to my Fry’s we love checkers he gave our mealsi noticed one was a medium he said that yes we asked for two large but it’s automated i asked if it could be fixed he says we would have to navigate to the end of the line and order again we were the only ones there so that was confusing and 2 big trucks were blocking the in l entrance we couldn’t get back in line if we wanted to… You can tell her just didn’t want to work…

They increased prices by 50%+, but their food is disgusting. I have been going to this location for over twenty years. I got the $5 meal cause I was in a hurry to get someplace that didn’t serve food. The burger was dry and they forgot cheese. They put one tiny tomato slice in there. Lol
Checkers used to be the best value vs quality by far. Not anymore, they have neither. If you want to raise prices, you need to raise quality.

Last night my boyfriend went to this location at 1am or so and got checkers frys and a strawberry Sundae to bring home for me & After eating half way through my sundae there was something super hard in it which made me investigate and not eat any more of the sundae. I did try to call the location and leave a message to a manager because this is just crazy. I am providing photos of the CAP that was in my sundae. I would advise all workers to be aware of your surroundings and work area. Also I am 30 weeks pregnant and if I would have swallowed this plastic I would have had to go to the hospital immediately.

They can’t get mobile orders right. They forget to make items in your order and if you add extras they’ll forget them. You can’t tell me the generation that was raised by smartphones can’t read a computer screen. Don’t leave the parking lot till you verify your order is made correctly so you can MAKE them do their jobs and get what you paid for.
