How do you make a menu customization on items and then just change it the one skillet bowl they have that has the sausage gravy on it WAS TAKEN OFF!! Like don’t see any of the other skillet didn’t have the option to add it anyways just plain stupid and now that I know just like me a lot of people is gonna stop spending their money there just ridiculous and bad for business. Making this post on behalf of my kids who now say we need to find another breakfast spot and we will do so gladly obviously they don’t give a damn about their customers.

I order a mushroom burger they messed up my burger by giving me a breakfast burger . When is time to fix it the girl with the red hair had a bad attitude. She was running the register while braiding her hair in the bathroom. I really wanted a refund but they attitude was so bad I dont need nobody to fight me. They should give my money back for this order but black businesses like this would never take accountability for their horrible customer service. I won’t be returning.

I stopped in to grab a bite to eat. The lady at the register took my order of the sausage bowl. I decided to stay here and eat. While I was waiting, another lady brought me my food. She asked me if I needed a drink. I bought a drink and enjoyed my meal. Thanks for the good service.

I was very surprised with my first visit to this restaurant. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Shakayla. A proper greeting and good service is EVERYTHING! I ordered a Skillet Bowl for breakfast at $7.78, including tax; and it is filling and pretty good! No one can be all things to all people or hit the mark all the time, but today was definitely a HIT!! The service was great, as I stood waiting for my order and witnessing how Shakayla spoke to and greeted other customers. I immediately felt at ease and welcomed. Another lady briefly came out of the kitchen, and she also greeted me. The restaurant appeared very clean! And the Skillet Bowl is a nice portion. I’m stuffed and happy! Good job. I will be back. Edited review 8/09/24: Still great customer service, but consistently undercooked homefries; even after bringing it to their attention. I still recommend it. Edited review 9/11/24: I stopped by early this morning for another breakfast order. The young lady, whom I’ve never met, was at the register and placed my take-out order. She was very pleasant, which I appreciate. However, as I paid with my credit card, she literally asked, “Can you leave a tippy tip?” At this point, she’d only placed my order, I was ordering a take-out and hadn’t received my food, and a TIP folks is (TO INSURE PROMPT SERVICE) I had NOT received my order or completed my interaction to know IF I WANTED TO leave a típ. I was appalled. But, I felt obligated to leave a tip because my food order was in her hands. I get it … there is inflation. But, we are ALL experiencing it. However, “Tip Begging” has got to STOP. Reducing stars from 4 stars to 3 stars because I was put off enough by the request to come back and edit my original review.

This is my second time getting breakfast at this location and definitely my last !!
Ordered fish & grits with eggs and unfortunately I wasn’t to happy. Very nasty attitude.
The lady at the cashier was very rude when I brought It up to her attention and just went to back of house and declined to assist me any further.
I will be filing a claim to get my money back because this is false advertisement.

I have been ordering wings and waffles for the past 3 years from BFF. Customer service have not always been the best but at least the food was good. Well today I ordered the wings and waffles and this is the mess I got. When I called the Lakisha woman had a nasty attitude. Will never eat there again.
