Used to come here semi often, but yesterday 9/3/24 about 5 minutes into our meal my daughter finds an entire wasp cooked into her veggie fried rice. I called them immediately and the girl really tried saying over the phone they “dont really do refunds”. So of course I went into PandaGarden, just for the same girl to try and play dumb at first and pretend she couldnt see anything. There was no hiding the BIG BUG in the food i dont know what she was trying to do, but once she saw it she was rude and short so I guess theyre not used to people demanding refunds for VALID reasons. Never coming back. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS, how do you miss something like that??

Ive been going to Panda Garden for several years, as I live and work right around the corner. The food is affordable and portion sizes are good. The service is sometimes hit or miss. We went the other night and they have new people in the front, speaking fluent English, so it made ordering and all much easier. Place fills up with orders quickly, so you may have a slight wait, but its worth the wait.

I called to place a to go order , it was late but it was not 9:30, it was 9:27 pm , They where still open and answered the phone , so why not take my order , I really don’t understand why places are open but won’t take your order because it’s close to closing ,

Beautifully Crafted

First time trying spent 40 dollars and I gotta say it was a wasted of money. The lo mein was nasty and dry, the rice was hard and the sesame seed chicken was also dry and plain as ever.

The lady at the counter was pleasant, I placed my order and the food was ready in about 5 minutes. The food is great. Black pepper chicken is my favorite and it is very good here. Fresh with just the right amount of seasoning.

Absolutely love this place. The customer service over the phone for to go orders is great, you get plenty of food for your buck here .
I tried the lobster fried rice for the first time in my life and it was really good ! Creamy texture.
We always get fried rice with wings on the side
The original fried wings or buffalo are soo good
You won’t be sorry eating here

It’s been a while since I visited Panda Garden, they must have changed management and the people cooking, it doesn’t taste the same. I ordered boneless spare ribs with fried rice, it’s not the same. The boneless spare ribs were cut too big and the rice didn’t have any onions or pork in it. The fried rice is bland. It didn’t have no taste. Rice was sticky. I didn’t enjoy. This is my last time visiting. It was good in the past, but not anymore

I don’t know what is going on but the fried rice no longer has the pork and onions in it, it’s plain yellow rice and it’s the same price. They need to put this change somewhere on the menu so people can see it. Won’t be going back.
