Accidently placed an order on the mobile app. I didnt realize it went through until I checked my bank account a few hours later. I called the store and spoke with Sterling. He told me to come in at my convince and he would make it right. He gave us a half dozen donuts and wouldn’t take the difference in price from my original order. He was so kind and provided excellent customer service!

I don’t come here very often but when I do, it’s more likely I’ll get just a coffee. Everyone knows they’re hit or miss on a coffee so that’s not the issue. My issue lies in their egg and cheese wrap up. Each time I order it, someone back there flips a coin and decides if I get egg in it as well or if it’s just cheese. I don’t understand how they could screw something up that is so simple. It’s two things. Really kills my morning mood right off the bat when I go to eat my egg and cheese wrapped up and it’s just a slice of sad, not very warm cheddar cheese.

Morning customer in-store for donuts once a week. Really like the new floor plan with the donut display cases in the front. Makes interacting with staff easier. Nice staff. Plenty of parking. Drive thru very busy though in store usually has no line.

Love Dunkin, but staff today disappointed me with the quality of food. Sigh..if you think it’s fine serving burnt food to anyone at least make it free. Seriously, would you serve your mother food like this? Take pride in everything that you do, the product of poor work ethics and that’s put nicely. I see why some customers are difficult. Had a great experience with my wife there last week. We were choosing our donuts and I mentioned it’s my wife’s first time at Dunkin (she isn’t from the States). The black gentleman that was working that day was very cordial and friendly, going above and beyond. Great service is a rarity these days, so thank you, sir. We will be back!

I work next door and every time I come in to grab my coffee, in the morning . I get such a warm pleasant greeting from Kirsten, every single time! She’s always smiling and just a joy to speak too. Literally barely ever has donuts! I mean it’s a donut store, but you have about a 12-17% chance of them actually having donuts when you ask. Basically I think after they sell their first Dozen, they’re like we’re done. We’re out of this this and this. It’s so bad that my son who will turn 6 in March says “Daddy, go to other store they don’t have donuts” lol. Not making this up. They frequently tell us they “don’t have any”. Go see for yourself. Ask for a donut of any kind and I’m willing to bet they tell you they don’t have it. It’s pretty much a place to go and get a coffee. No donuts.

So this is the second time that somebody messed up the order today I went there to get two sandwiches. I got two wraps somehow the person who was not paying attention, and I was really rushed off by one of the other personnel there.
