Ordered a large pizza. Husband picked it up and when he got home i opened the box and this is what they gave us. It looks like a small or medium pizza. This isnt the first time they did this. They will just take a medium dough, try to stretch it, and make it look like a large because they think we are too stupid to tell. My husband tried mentioning it but the guy blamed it on the screens they use and my husband didnt want to argue so he just said its fine and left.

Ordered a lg 5 topping and a 2 liter this evening 2/2/2025. Opened the box and it’s cheese and toppings all towards the middle but there’s plenty of bare dough crust. Probably won’t order from Papa Johns or any of it’s other locations again. This seems to be a common occurrence 3rd time too many. Moving on and you should too unless you like 2 1/2 inch crust pizzas.

Been craving Papa John’s so I stopped in while I was out of town. Ordered when my GPS said about 20 minutes away. Got a text within like 10 minutes saying the order was ready. Not really a problem.

Im staying in a hotel room, so i asked if they could put in an extra box, BY CALLING THEM. They say sure. Still nothing. Now I have to throw away 2 pizzas that I cant finish because as we all know. Hotel fridges cant fit a pizza box inside it. Thanks for the waste

The manager was delusional. Our breadsticks were poorly made, we called to ask if we can get a refund or have them remade. The manager thought that we were in the wrong and told us there’s no possible way they could look that bad. I didn’t think making breadsticks were that hard but they I saw her handy work and realized that maybe it’s harder than I think.
