My food was good but service was horrible. I put in a mobile order and i was waiting for 10 minutes and never got my drink. I asked at the register and then she started to make it. and proceeded to put it at the front register when i was waiting patiently at the pick up area.

The service was awful. The big lady (claimed she was the manager) was rude and incompetent, she had a nasty tone/attitude. We had placed a mobile order before reaching the order kiosk. She said it won’t be ready and that we would have to wait in line again. We ended up parking and going inside and there was no one inside. They were on their phones and making fun of customers (in vulgar language). This is highly disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional.
After reading previous reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence under their current management. We will be talking to all friends and family about never ordering from this Starbucks again until corporate does something about this.

Go to another location if you want good service. The staff is rude. I was having a bad day and stopped to get a snack and some caffeine. I was noticeably out of sorts and, if I explained why, nobody would blame me. I was berated and given a subpar beverage. I still said thank you when receiving my drink. The response I received was no eye contact, an eye roll, talking under the breath while stepping away from the window. It was the worst experience. It seemed an impossible feat, but alas, I felt worse leaving this establishment. It’s a kick you while you’re down kinda place.

I LOVE coming to this Starbucks location, the natural lighting is perfect for me to work in and the staff is amazing, special thanks to Angelica she’s the funniest barista I’ve ever meet and made me the BEST brown Suger shaken espresso I’ve ever had. Every time I come in she has the best attitude and makes every drink perfect.

do not stop here if you’re in a rush . we were on a roadtrip and this place set us back a hour ! Very slow service ! two cars in front of us and we waited 20 mins for our coffee . we got two smalls . do not recommend this starbucks

This is what a Starbucks should feel like. The people are so friendly, they know me by name, my orders always come out perfect and when my daughters 2nd grade class needed some supplies for international coffee day (where they all dress up like Starbucks Baristas) they came through for us! Gotta love a company that supports their local schools. Thank you so so so much! You all are THE best!

This is a great Starbucks. They have a drive thru that moves pretty good. The outdoor sitting area is great in the morning. The baristas do a nice job making drinks. As good as any Starbucks I’ve been too.
