The first thing is, the men’s restroom sink hasn’t worked in weeks at least. And the food quality has gone severely downhill lately. The buns often seem untoasted, and the fries seem like undercooked, like maybe they’re pulled out of the fryer too early…

Really unfortunate experience here. Stopped in with some friends, hoping for a nice nighttime meal. We were made invisible for a full 5 minutes as we waited to have our orders taken- quite a humbling experience. The single redeeming feature is the beautiful and expressive chicken box that hosted the mediocre chicken fries, although this piece of art could be attained at any other BK. Currently on the search for another place to dine at night, where we hopefully can feel seen.

Would not honor the in store advertised deal 2 for 5. When I confronted the manager I was told I was charged full price because ” i did not ask for it” I didn’t realize when visiting a store or restaurant, I would have to asked to not be over charged and taken advantage of. My next phone call goes higher up. Also I think I.C.E should pay this place a visit.

We sat in the back room. The vibe was not vibing. Hopefully I can have a birthday party in the back room. The reason I didn’t put a low rating for atmosphere is because of the freshly sliced in our kitchen poster. That one in particular disturbed me greatly. At least every fanta flavor was available.

What in the world happened to the interior design of this location? I’ll be honest and say I haven’t been in the lobby in about 20 years, as I mainly use the drive through, or other locations. The interior is so bland and boring now, and there’s way too much open floor space with not enough seating. Bring back the former interior design and restore it to what it used to look like. The new look is terrible.
