I’m going to tell you right now I live in Arizona and I think about this deli every single day. Everything on the menu is absolutely fire. I would fly to NY just to eat here. Came twice this week while I was in the area for work. AMAZING AMAZING. nothing else to say!!!!
I first came here 4 years ago with my old crew. I can’t wait to come back.
EDIT*-I’ve been extremely lucky to be back here a few times for work and I’ve been back to the deli for five times. So freaking good I literally cannot tell you enough. Cheers!

Got a bacon egg and cheese; it was delicious. Came out shockingly quick, so I was worried it had been sitting around. Nope, cheese was hot and gooey, bacon crispy, it was a flashback to the good old deli days. Nice heated outside dining area was a great touch. Friendly staff.

I haven’t been here in a long time. Just went this morning and got three egg sandwiches for myself and the family they were absolutely delicious they have turkey bacon! This place defines old school deli egg sandwiches and breakfast. I also got a pistachio muffin amazing and a homemade piece of crumb cake…there is a whole area dedicated to cake, muffins danishes pound cakes etc better than a bakery not kidding. So delicious, the pistachio is natural tasting so fresh with pieces of pistachios in it..I’m loving it and the crumb cake addicting. I highly recommend coming here. This place gives mom and pop vibes. There’s a wide variety of coffees, teas, homemade soups salads and sandwiches for lunch. I was already thinking about my next meal lol who could ask for more? everyone is super nice and friendly feels like your aunt is cooking and baking in the back. We finished our sandwiches, but I’m going to leave pictures of the muffin and crumb cake We ate half :). Looking forward to coming back. A+++++++++

I asked for a sandwich on a seedless roll. I was charged $18. The lunch special with a meat and two sides is around $13 yet a sandwich was $18. The place is an absolute rip off, they charge way more than other places and clearly don’t pay attention to their customers. Does that look like an $18 sandwich. No chips, no drink, no lettuce , no tomato. A bare sandwich. Place sucks.

BEST DELI HERO I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE…
Yesterday I walked into the Woodbury Country Deli and ordered an Italian hero and chickpea salad, I ate half of the sandwich and called the deli to let them know immediately that this was the absolute most delicious hero that I have ever tasted.
Extraordinary service and I could not say enough good things about this deli. I can’t say enough amazing things about this business. ONLY if you are looking for the WOW EFFECT for food should you put this place on your MUST TRY list. You will become obsessed and be so glad you did.

One of the great delies on Long Island. Definitely get a sandwich — I typically get a hero. Delicious every time. Small nice outside seating area, even when there are cars going by. Highly recommended!

Mashed potatoes with specials are horrible…..thought it was a joke and one time incident, but no it happened repeatedly! What’s wrong with that cook? He put’s water instead of butter & dairy to mash the potatoes with! Who does that?

Walked in the door and the staff looked at me as if I needed to show them my membership card. Quite strange but whatever.
Ordered my sandwich.
Gentleman comes out and says, ‘extra bacon right?’. I didn’t ask for extra bacon so I said no thank you to which he acknowledged. Took the sandwich, paid my ~$9 and left for work.
Extra bacon galore! Like more bacon than I’ve had on my last 4 egg sandwiches combined. Sandwich was decent after I took the extra, extra, extra, extra bacon off.
Not sure what that was about but got the same membership card looks from as least 2 other employees on my way out.
