Good authentic Vietnamese restaurant with all your basic pho, bun, banh mi needs. They also have congee and limited Greek dishes.
For Durham standards it’s authentic and will satisfy your Viet cravings.
I do wish they offered Asian soup spoons rather than small silver spoons.
The flavours and service was great.
The hot sauce is not your typical sriracha but it’s definitely spicy.

Primarily, we get the Pho soup (rare beef, grilled chicken) and Vietnamese soring rolls, although they have a full menu. The soup is AMAZING. It’s one of our go to winter meals, or when feeling a cold coming on. The spring rolls (not fried) are huge and delicious. Typically, we take out. The service is very polite and attentive. I cannot comment on the done in experience.

Ate here for the first and last time today. Ordered an XL pho for nearly $18 . Broth had almost no flavor and the noodles were overcooked and had no chew at all . Got almost no meat and not much noodle. Asked for some extra bean sprouts and got a small handful for a $1.00 up charge . Ordered an XL expecting a decent amount of food and left the restaurant hungry . Poor value for money spent and next to no condiments on the table . No sambal no chilis no chili oil . If you want a satisfying hearty bowl of Pho this is not the place for you .

Dined in, although I don’t think this will be possible in the coming weeks with lockdown. Hope this resto survives because the food is tasty and the service is great – really friendly. I get the feeling they appreciate the business. Not going to say this is the best Vietnamese food I’ve had but I will definitely come back. Food is made to order and I left completely stuffed.

I’ll share my experience because it was weird enough to write a review.
When you enter, there’s a musty smell which is why we should have left but I thought it would look rude and sat . You get a file which holds the printed menu items. My husband and I decided to check the google reviews because there is quite a few options. The reviews weren’t too positive and as we experienced after, were definitely right about the portion of meat.
I ordered the vermicelli – flavour wise it was decent and I was hungry. Then I saw those shrimp with the poop – was a turn off. I shared with the waitress and she’s reluctant to make the changes and was like “people have it like that, if people want it without , they have to request it”. My husband was like “people want it with shrimp poop?” She awkwardly laughed and was like I’ll get you new ones. She went across the room and loudly shared again pointing at me “I’ll get you new ones” with other diners around. The 2 stars for the food is to acknowledge getting 3 new shrimps The food was subpar, place felt unclean, and then that weird customer service on top.
Save your money. This place is not worth it. Mind you, I love my street side food and can temper my expectations accordingly to the place but this was a dine in and nothing matched up. Food, ambiance and service was not it.

Came in to try more food in the area, and I absolutely loved the tom yum! Everything was so fresh, and fast. The service was great. I cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of enjoying a bowl of Vietnamese pho, and it was absolutely delightful. The broth was clear, rich, and flavorful — perfectly balanced with just the right amount of seasoning. The rice noodles and beef slices were tender. I recommended to have a hot bowl of soup in the cold weather will make your day perfect.

Very pricey, bad customer service and broth had no flavor at all moreover noodles were over cooked. I ordered chicken rice noodles in chicken soup which was tasteless with just 3 chicken pieces aside and charged me extra for using credit card rather than cash.

Ordered soup and did not get a spoon. Meanwhile I requested cutlery for 2. Beef pad Thai had 99% noodle and very thin sliced beef. Thin like hotel bacon. Almost see through. Seemed to taste like siracha sauce was mixed in. Very disappointing. Will never order from here again.
