My 4 year old and I dined at 5pm on 2/21 after playing at Ryan’s Amusement. Upon arrival we were immediately seated at a 4 top table at the front of the restaurant. Table was not set but menus arrived quickly. Server looked to have a 4 table section, and struggled to manage that. Looking around- the few guests that were there, all seemed to have no food, tables that were not pre bussed, or waiting to pay.
Drinks arrived quickly, but then we weren’t acknowledged again for 45 minutes. Our drinks were empty with no offer to replenish, and appetizers arrived with the food at the 50 minute mark (tomato soup, kids burger, steak tips med rare). What looked to be a manager walked my tomato soup behind the entree and with a shaky hand passed it off to me without a word. We had no silverware, and could not acquire any within a reasonable time. Without exaggeration, every single item was cold.
I take full responsibility for visiting a chain restaurant, but want to warn others how abismal the hospitality, service and overall experience were.
Other tables were the ones complaining, and when issues were brought to the manager, the response was simply, “Well, I just got here,” which did nothing to resolve any of our situations. The manager also appeared overly friendly with the waitress, making it feel like everyone’s concerns and frustrations were not being taken seriously.
I would strongly encourage 110 Grill leadership to take a closer look at this particular location. I have honestly never experienced anything like this at a restaurant, and am concerned for the safety and well-being of customers and the employees.
Showed up for lunch at 1230. There were 5 or 6 parties waiting to be sat and no host in sight. After waiting for way too long we ended up just sitting ourselves at one of the many empty tables. We passed the host on the way in and she said that was fine but it was going to be a “wait” before we could be served. When finally engaged we ordered a round of drinks which came quick enough. When delived we ordered lunch which took almost an hour to arrive. I order the Cuban sandwich which ended up coming on the wrong bread, with no mustard and no pickles. It was the dryest white bread pork sandwich I’ve ever had. If it didn’t take an hour to get it I would have sent it back. Overall it took 2 hours to sit, get served, pay and leave. I also asked for water twice which was never received. Never coming back.
in Hanover for a group in their private dining room. What a great spot! The service was great and the food was awesome. HIGHLY recommend this spot for a group event! Sharon was super helpful in our planning and the waitstaff was very attentive!!!
My wife and I recently dined at the 110 Grill in Hanover, MA, and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Initially, we were seated next to a large party of 12+ people, and it was quite loud, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and moved us to the bar upon request. This ended up being a great decision, as the two bartenders were not only welcoming but also attentive and friendly throughout the entire evening.
We started with the Yellowfin Tuna Tartare and Fried Pickle Chips—both appetizers were exceptional! The flavors were fresh, and the pickle chips were perfectly crispy. For our main course, I had the Thai Salmon, which was cooked to perfection with a side of delicious rice and broccoli rice. My wife enjoyed the Chicken Gnocchi Piccata, and she couldn’t stop raving about the flavorful sauce and how well the crispy fried chicken complemented the dish.
To top off the night, we indulged in the Cinnamon Apple Beignets for dessert—one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. The combination of warm apples and perfectly fried beignets was heavenly.
Did I mention the staff was incredible? They made sure our drinks were always full and never missed a beat when it came to service. If you’re looking for a great spot for date night (especially if you’re heading to Showcase Cinemas afterward), we highly recommend the 110 Grill. A perfect evening all around!
