The oil is “Centuries Old”. Order was placed @ 11:28 pm. Sat in the parking lot until 11:52 pm. Employees were cussing at each other dropping “F” bombs. The “ chicken nuggets” were harder than concrete. The onion rings looked like “ dead calamari”. The fries were not even chewable. More like plastic!! The Impossible Burger was just that “IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT”. More like a Tire from the side of the road. Customer service left at 3 pm with the Manager!! The chicken sandwich was more like a surfboard with welted, brown lettuce, over ripe tomatoes. Then there’s the Oily Orange Soda. Brandon, Manager should NOT leave employees who are NOT properly TRAINED TO CHANGE OIL, COOK FOOD, SERVE BEVERAGES, OPERATE GRILL. Most Of All “REFUND A CASH TRANSACTION!!” Would have given “—-0 Stars” if the Survey would have allowed. I would use the Toilet at this Restaurant if I had WATERY DIARRHEA & LIVED 5 Blocks away. The Health Department needs to Informed of these “Late Night Health HAZARDS!!!” Many people Want To LIVE!!! NOT have “burger leap” as their Last Supper!!!!! Please REASSESS COMPANY POLICIES/PROCEDURES, PROPERLY TRAIN STAFF (ESPECIALLY EVENING/NIGHT SHIFT); PROPER ETIQUETTE; SUPERB COMMUNICATION; OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! B. K. Genuinely one of the WORST fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. Completely disorganized chaos at this burger king.
The highlights of my visit were: Missing food, broken ice cream machine, confused workers, and being handed someone else’s order entirely!
Said my name was Simon, and was handed an order for Sheena. How does that even happen?
Ordered three medium fries and got 2, ordered 16 nuggets and got 8. They almost didn’t give us our drinks at all and we had to ask for them.
Genuinely… Get it together, please. This place needs an overhaul and some tlc ASAP.

I placed an extremely large breakfast order (30+ sandwiches) for a work event and they had it ready in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly, accomidating, and made sure we had everything we needed. They even carried it out to my car.

First time going to this BK & to be honest first BK I’ve been to since I’ve relocated to KC

Customer service was unprofessional. People sagging (in work attire) in the back when they are supposed to be making my food. The drive thru lady was rude as well.

If you look at the pictures of my sandwich it is very noticeable that there is mold on the bread . As a consumer I shouldn’t have to unwrap my whole sandwich to determine if there was mold on my bread because as a business that should be corrected before you make the sandwich for a customer.

Anyways I called to ask for a refund. The gentleman that answered asked me to come back for another one. I declined and ask for a refund. This was 2 weeks ago. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

So I will be escalating this further DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE.

African American Man had an attitude with nobody in the drive thru line. Made us go around again just to give us cold and old food!
Ordered my kid chicken nuggets just for them to be rocks!

Highly not recommended!

I have not been to burger king in years cause even with trying several different locations the food and the horrible customer service was the same. On this particular day I was hangry as heck, saw the bk and said it can’t still be that bad and I was right. The initial contact employee waited patiently as a squinted my eyes to read the menu. Got my order placed and back to my surprise my food was really hot. I had to wait for it to cool down cause I didn’t want to burn my mouth being greedy. I got the new burger with the brisket or whatever. It was the with the chance. I had food all over my shirt it was embarrassing but I was to busy getting that sauce off my fingers that I didn’t even care, that burger was good. The fries dang should have got 2 orders fresh hot and they gave me a mountain of ketchup. Give it a try!

We waited for our food for 10 mins, then the workers proceeded to drop the food on the floor, then told us to wait more. When they brought us the food, they didnt give us cheeseburgers as we had asked for. Bad experiance overall.

Preposterously understaffed. It was lunch time on Saturday. Only 2 people were working. Kid up front had to bag, take orders at the counter, run across the building to the drive-through. I am guessing he also had to clean the place because he had no time to do it. I saw three different groups of customers leave within 10-15 minutes I was waiting because he couldn’t get to them fast enough. So I hope the owner is happy to be saving that $20 dollar an hour salary by not hiring another person. I guess they just give out business loans to anyone.

I’ve come here on several occasions. The team is always friendly and polite, even with difficult patrons. Depending on the crew, new hires or seasoned, will determine speed of service. My food has always been hot and fresh. My only “complaint” would be cleanliness. Sometimes the dining room is spotless, other times it is a wreck. The men’s room, the two times I have used it, has never been what I would call clean. I just think the economy might be hurting the staff size. I never see anyone idle; they are always moving with meaning.
