A great Chicago spot serving up great thin crust pizza. The service was great and the location nestled in the heart of a wonderful metropolis. A must visit if you are in the area.

This is a take out location of the famous Armands. I stopped in recently and was surprised they offered such a large and complete menu. The pizzas were fantastic with a lovely, crispy, buttery crust and made to order perfectly. Stuffed artichokes are wonderful. I didn’t know what to expect especially bc I was assuming it was a full dine-in location (they do have a few tables) but they were so helpful and walked me through the menu and options. So friendly and helpful. They even helped me pack the food in my vehicle as I had three orders going to three locations.
I will return.
They also sell pizza by the slice if you’re looking for that.

I came in from Arizona to go to one of my all-time favorite pizza places! Came tonight to pick up a pizza to bring to my mom, who is 84, and she asked specifically for me to leave a review – she thought she died and went to heaven! You knocked it out of the park! We LOVED the antipasto salad, 18 inch pizza with your one-of-a -kind cornmeal crust, and tiramisu!!

Well I guess I am spoiled ordered a beef with side of sweet peppers, came in DRY , NO container of peppers, no Au Jus on the side or sandwich and the fries were thick soggy no salt fries , my favorite KILLER BBQ SAUCE saved it SOME. The pizzas were barely warm and the crusts had no crisp just kind of laid there. I am sad that a business with this many years in business failed so badly to satisfy , cannolis were good.

Authentic Italian Pizza in a traditional Italian neighborhood that’s been around almost 90 years. A bit pricey but fresh, hot, quality ingredients and well worth the visit! Plenty of outdoor seating but limited seating and tables inside so plan ahead.

Excellent olive oil, cornmeal infused crust. The cheese blend is high quality and browned perfectly. Sauce has a nice muted cheese flavor. Pizza would be a 5 with more sauce as I like felt it was too dry.

I tried the pan pepperoni pizza at the Armands location over on Western Ave a few weeks back, and it was absolutely fantastic. Just found out there was one in EP, too, so I ordered from them recently. I ordered a large specialty pizza called the Elmwood Park Special, which came with sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. Showed up at my door about an hour later and dug right into it. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. It’s difficult to gauge how good it might have been as I received a lukewarm pie by the time it arrived. I’m gonna try their pan pepperoni next time just to have a solid metric with which to compare quality with their Western Ave location. If I am able, I’ll probably end up just driving over to pick it up or dine-in next time just to avoid the delivery fee because it came out to like 45 bucks for a single 14″ pizza.
Edit: My usual pizza spot was closed for a holiday recently, so I ended up ordering delivery from this location again. After placing my order, I got my pizza after an hour and a half. Pizza was no longer warm when it arrived and was overly salty for whatever reason. The upside, at least, was that the toppings were ample. It’s definitely still a huge disappointment given the prices, especially in today’s economy. Waiting more than an hour and a half just to receive cold, salty, mediocre food is a huge bummer and a waste of money. I think I will just be ordering specifically from their Western Ave location from now on whenever I’m in North Center. Their quality is way better and actually consistent, as is their delivery time because their food is still piping hot when it arrives.

Good pizza overall but only mishap was I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and was given sausage instead, which my kids do not like. Also ordered their sausage pan pizza, it was a bit too doughy. I would go back and try some more thin crust since they have a great Monday deal.
