Drove from the other side of Orlando to try this place on a Sunday for coffee and breakfast. Overall it wasn’t bad at all. My hot cappuccino and croissant were good. I brought a bagel sandwich home for my husband and he liked it. The place is covered with a lot of scripture and other religious text on the walls so just something to be aware of as I did not personally find it welcoming. Also beware there is an 8% service charge and a credit card fee. But otherwise it’s a solid coffee shop.

We had a weekday brunch experience. Overall, the food was quite enjoyable, but there are areas for improvement concerning the atmosphere and staff.
The food itself was a good. The avocado toast was spot on, and the omelet with potatoes was rich and well-cooked. The salmon with egg and salad was fresh and delicious. The pancakes, while generously portioned with whipped cream and walnuts, were a bit too dense and dry for my preference, though they were fluffy. The coffee was also of good quality and well-prepared.
However, the general atmosphere felt more like a fast-food establishment, which detracted from the experience. Having to self-serve, clear dishes, and use plastic cutlery did not align with the expectations for a brunch. Additionally, the staff seemed disconnected and not particularly friendly. Our table was not clean upon arrival, and it took a few minutes for a staff member to assist us.

My first time visiting the Osceola location of Vanessa’s Coffee Shop and I absolutely loved it! I met up with friends for brunch and was instantly drawn to the chill, cozy, and super cute ambiance and décor. I ordered a latte with avocado toast and a side of bacon—everything was AMAZING and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with menu recommendations, service was fast, and the portions were very generous. Such a great experience overall! I will definitely be coming back with my family. Highly, highly recommend! ☕️✨

The good. Beautiful calm serene atmosphere nice decor. I had the croissant which was properly flaky and delicious.
The bad weird charges on the receipt there’s a service charge tax plus extra processing fee. Plus was charged extra for very meager turkey deli sliced. Other thsn the CC charge the service charge isn’t listed anywhere.

I was in the area for an appointment and when I got out I didn’t know where to go eat. Then I saw this place called Vanessa’s Coffee Shop. I went there to eat breakfast at 3 pm. This was my first time there and I LOVED IT. The cashier named Angelie is so polite, helpful, and professional. I didn’t know what to get I asked if they did western omelette. She pointed to the “southwestern” dish. I was shocked on how many ingredients were on that plate. I can truly say the BEST omelette I have had. The place was clean. The atmosphere was so nice, soft Christian music and I love the Bible verses written on the walls. As a fellow Christian, I loved being there. You can do your work, buy some nice dainty jewelry all while having coffee and brunch. I love going to this small business because all they do is with Love. This is going to be my go to spot when I’m in the area. Everyone Please try out this place you won’t regret it. You will feel like you’re home. God bless you all.

I found this adorable gem on TikTok. We were on our way hone & decided to have lunch here. It wasn’t very busy during the hours we visited(3pm). Food was reasonably price & plentiful. Staff was very helpful in making recommendations. Overall I would definitely recommend & return!

This spot was so cute. It almost seemed like it didn’t belong which I loved. I haven’t found a nice coffee shop like this since living in New York. I’m so glad I found this spot. Immediately it passed the vibe check. The staff was so friendly, I brought my dog and even though they only allow service animals, the way they told me, was so sweet.
The food was a tad bit greasy but tasty but the lavender coffee was delicious!

Today, Jan. 25, 2026, was my third visit here. The first two were good. Today however, the bagel felt old and like it had been heated in a microwave instead of toasted. It was impossible to chew into. The pancakes were way too sweet. Whatever they covered them with was excessive. They were not fluffy. They tasted like microwave pancakes. The latte was good. The employee who took my order was polite. I left a cash tip in the tip cup. I did not realize that they charged me a “service charge” of $1.30 until I got home. I did not see a sign anywhere that stipulates that they charge this fee. I basically wasted $18.78 plus the tip I left for a latte which was the only decent thing I had. I will not patronize this business again.

I was putting off writing this review for a while because I love the St. Cloud location but this Kissimmee location is inconsistent and it’s highly upsetting at this point. It’s already upsetting that they charge an 8% service charge PLUS a 3% credit card surcharge and an additional charge for anything with eggs (I have receipts to prove it and was also told by staff on the phone) but now the portions are horrendous and they’re cheaping out on meat. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich online for pickup and am currently eating straight bread and sauce….the amount of chicken in here is nonexistent and the few pieces in there are overcooked and the chips are soggy. For $10, I’m going to Panera down the street for a chicken sandwich because how is this acceptable?? They also removed the cute little Nutella bottles from their dishes but kept the prices the same and if you want the bottles, you have to pay for it. They also removed “John 3:16” from their cups (I’ve been here 3x within the last two months and the cups are blank). They are taking advantage of “Christians” by using that as a marketing point while overcharging and underdelivering. The only thing consistent is their coffee and it’s amazing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering to go from this location. You will be left HIGHLY dissatisfied as I am.

It’s unfortunate because this place has the potential to be a hidden gem, but the experience was disappointing.
First, they add an 8% service fee and then an additional 3% credit card fee, which significantly increases the price. For those extra charges, I expected better quality. Plus they try to add a 20% Tip. Keep in mind that you order on your phone and you have to pick up your food.
The food did not meet expectations. Items that were supposed to be fried seemed as if they had been microwaved. The home fries were bland and lacked seasoning, and while the pancakes looked great visually, they were dry and tasteless.
They also appear to use store-bought Santitas chips (from Walmart) and possibly store-bought salsa as well. At the prices they charge, especially with added fees, I would expect more house-made or higher quality ingredients.
The atmosphere itself is nice, which is why it’s disappointing. However, the service situation was concerning. The place appeared very understaffed, and one employee was handling coffee, taking orders, and even juicing oranges all at the same time. She was clearly trying her best, but the person who seemed to be the manager was very rude to her in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness.
I don’t recommend this place at all. If you don’t care about quality and just want to go for TikTok content I guess is ok. But you’d be doing a disservice to your followers.
