I came up here to order some chicken tenders and fries at approximately 9:36 Pm on 11/15/2025 and the server mentioned that they only have winds and fries. I know that not true and that they are being lazy because it’s closing time and I saw all the fry baskets full of chicken wings that’s been sitting. I will not be coming to this location for a while. I’m good ✌ . Oh and they do have roaches. I seen one crawling by feet when I was sitting down at the table

This establishment was a complete nightmare! The young ladies at the front desk are entertaining three homeless men that are just hanging around while customers are trying to order food. They were more so content with keeping them entertained rather than doing their job. The Young lady at the counter on FaceTime with earbuds in talking to her boyfriend the other young lady is smoking over the food and they have no common courtesy or customer service for this business. I would not recommend this restaurant anymore.

This is the worst American deli in Atlanta. I got my food today. Thus fries were rubbery taste like they literally warm them up in the microwave. My wings taste watery and like dish detergent. Called continuously prior to coming to location, nobody wouldn’t answer. Called from 8:30-8:45. Go in to location at 9 pm to order a Philly and 30 wing family pack. The cook wouldn’t allow me to get a Philly. The cashier had to refund me. He said he’s only doing wings and fries for the rest of the night. The location close at 9:30, not 9. So I should have been able to order whatever I like. Poor service.

Our meal was hot and delicious. We dined in which was…awesome! Our service? Wow!! Quick,pleasant and enjoyable. No,wait…that’s actually an “understatement” I’m usually big on getting names of exceptional staff/ personnel but,alas…I forgot to this time, darn it! But, I was assisted by two awesome, superb, wonderful, incredible, knowledgeable, warm,welcoming and inviting young women…who’s genuine and sincere warmth and smile simply saturated the atmosphere with the fragrance of love and peace, which made our dine in experience that much more relaxing and enjoyable! Cudos to your awesome staff! These two women( as well as those who prepared our delicious meal,delectable!) Are as Tina Turner once belted,”simply the BEST”!!

Made an online order for a company birthday party, was supposed to pick up the order at 11:40. At 11:30, I got a text that they could not complete my order and it was canceled. Tried calling with no answer. Text said that I would be refunded within 3 business days. Checked my statement and see that they had charged me TWICE. Still waiting to see if BOTH charges will be refunded. I have been calling all day with no one answering the phones. How are you going to charge me twice for NO SERVICE, NO FOOD?

Asked for a large peach drink. I had a 5$ bill. (skinny boney black girl) She said put it in the tip jar. I went to get a straw as im walking back for my change she puts the 5$ bill inside her purse? And i did not get my change. So unfortunately you guys don’t pay her that much..
