COMPLETE RIP OFF! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered food on my lunch break at work. Sandwich was the length of my hand and bare. Cost $12. 10 waffle fries, another $4. Mini churros entirely burnt and as hard as a rock, completely inedible. Another $3. And they didn’t add ANY of my sauces. I will NEVER order from here again, and I’ll tell everyone I know to stay away from this establishment. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT.

I’ve been going to this Mr Hero for years with no issues, but they have new workers with very poor customer service skills. Rude for reason to black customers but jumps up to the counter and very pleasant to the white customers. I heard the same complaint from another customer and felt I needed to make people aware of this so they can take their money where they are respected.
