When I went into the store to pick up a order I placed, the lady seemed as if she had an attitude with me even though I had just walked into the store, the lady had green hair i don’t know who she is. But I got my order and she seemed like she didn’t wanna be there or something but I found it to be a little rude, so I definitely will not be returning to the store. And I normally go a few times a month but it had been a few months since I been so I don’t know if they got new management but the experience that day was not worth my money AT ALL!

Have frequented Pizza Hut many times over the years in Quincy. This new carry-out location is nice and upscale. Cashier was very cordial and professional. Assisted me with deciding on what to order. Other employees in the back appear to be enjoying their job, placing a sense of urgency with preparing orders. Nice and clean location. Will return.
In closing, giving a 5-STAR rating for my recent experience at this facility. However, I do want to mention that Pizza Hut’s Pizzas in years past had better quality and taste than present day 2024. I noticed the Supreme Pizza I purchased in the photo has fewer toppings than Supreme Pizza in years past. Overall, still glad to have Pizza Hut in this city…

Pizza melt crust was very hard on the top..sort of like a pretzel. Didn’t have alot of meat or cheese inside, and sauce is in a container, not on the melt. (Meat lovers) Chicken wings were fresh and crispy..not much of a lemon pepper flavor though. Maybe you have to ask for more lemon pepper..

Food is okay but they wouldn’t let me use restroom saying it was for employees only when I have used many visits before. If I spend my money in a location I should be able to use the restroom and not have to leave to go home and come all the way back to get my food!!

I went in, said “Hi,” and got absolutely no response from the chick at the computer. I don’t know if she was doing something work related or social. Either way, I was there for over 2 minutes just staring before someone who she obviously knew and liked came in. She popped right up and almost snarled at me if I was ready to order. I was there for pick-up. She just crumpled up my receipt and got annoyed when I asked for it. She said she’d just print out another but didn’t tell me I had to choose a tip amount on the screen. If only there was a negative amount I could have chosen.. I got a pan pizza and the crust had no flavor! How is that even possible??

Service and accuracy are horrible. If you order, you need to be the one to pick it up. Last $60.00 order, we ordered a large Pam crust with Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, caramelized onions with extra cheese. It was square thin crust and tiny. I also got a large Supreme, no pork and 1/2 mushrooms. It had 1/2 pepperoni and pork. The last pizza was a large pan pepperoni with light sauce and bacon. No bacon, not pan and had pineapple and peppers. Also did not get my 2 garlic sauces or grated cheese shaker. You also can’t call to talk to anyone. They let the phone ring until it switches over to their answering service. They cannot refund or fix anything and only the store manager is the only authorized person who can. We live about 20 minutes from the store and cannot run back and forth several times to get things fixed, wait for new items or go back to at least talk to someone.
Corporate needs to provide intervention here.
