We enjoyed this place so much. The atmosphere was great even though we got a cold snap in the weather. We still sat outside at the bar and ordered drinks and food which both were delicious. Lyndsey was so kind and made sure we were always comfortable including moving a heater by us so we could stay outside. Thanks Lyndsey, your kindness did not go unnoticed!

Irene was my server at the ebb and flow. She made some strong recommendations on popular choices and made it a point to acknowledge the chicken tacos. Her recommendation was very good and she did a great job of taking care of me during the meal. I would definitely recommend eating here if you’re in the area and especially if you’re staying at the element as it is right downstairs.

We are locals and enjoy taking an hour or two at the local hotel bars and restaurants. Element has the most luxurious atmosphere of the hotels in the area. Beautiful views, amazing saxophone player,. delicious cocktails. We just had appetizers were were above average but not extraordinary. More seafood would be a great addition. Our server Naomi was very attentive even though it was exceptionally busy. Element is a lovely place to relax and enjoy food,.drinks and beautiful views. Will definitely return.

Ebb & Flow was an absolute standout experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to my bartender, Lyndsey. From the second I sat down, she brought such a warm, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming energy that instantly set the tone for the entire visit. She was attentive without hovering, friendly without feeling forced, and made everything feel effortless. You can tell when someone truly enjoys what they do, and Lyndsey absolutely does—her personality lights up the bar and makes everyone around her feel comfortable and taken care of.
She was knowledgeable, quick, and incredibly personable, checking in at just the right moments and making sure everything was perfect. It felt less like “service” and more like being taken care of by someone who actually cares, which is rare and so appreciated. Honestly, she’s the kind of bartender that makes you want to come back specifically hoping she’s working.
And then there were the pulled pork nachos—holy wow. They were stacked high and absolutely loaded with tender, smoky, perfectly seasoned pulled pork. Every bite was packed with flavor, with that rich, savory goodness that hits just right. The portion was generous, the balance was spot-on, and it was pure comfort food done right. The kind of dish you keep thinking about long after the plate is empty.
Between the incredible food, the relaxed yet lively atmosphere, and Lyndsey absolutely crushing it behind the bar, Ebb & Flow delivered a top-tier experience. This place has heart, flavor, and personality—and Lyndsey is a huge part of that. Massive shout-out to her for making the night memorable. I’ll 100% be back, and I’ll definitely be grabbing those pulled pork nachos again.

So came in for the night and happened to visit the bar. Food was super great and n was ready quickly, drinks were awesome and being by the sea is unmatched. I got an outstanding service by Lyndsey who took every step necessary to make you feel welcomed, and she’s always sharing a smile to everyone on the bar. Let alone the care and enthusiasm she gives to every single customer. I can say Lyndsey made my stay unique, hope you get it if you come here.
