We ordered online two foot longs and one six inch meal this afternoon and our order was not correct at all we all wanted toasted sandwiches none of our sandwiches were toasted even though it was listed on two of the three in the receipt! My sisters six inch was missing the hot honey and toasted. Plus mine was the turkey foot long not toasted at all and my son’s was not toasted his was the roasted chicken! We usually like going to our local subway but this time it wasn’t that great ! Granted first time ordering online but we did note to have them all Toasted.

I had the experience to be helped by Gabe. He was nice and friendly, and made an excellent sandwich. He greeted me as I walked in the door, and efficiently got me out in record time, and told me to have a great day. He deserves a raise! Subway is looking up!

The young man working was very professional and nice. He remembered that I like lots of lettuce and remembered that I once complained about how they roll the wraps, which is actually funny. Anyway, he was awesome!!

That place is absolutely filthy…. Just look at all the dust on walls, fans, and a/c units. How hard is it to clean? Absolute laziness.. Also had personal music so loud couldn’t hear employee’s asking me what I wanted. Then have the audacity to ask for a tip at the end for just making a sandwich blows my mind

Came 09/17 at 3:05, ordered a cold cut footlong meal, two employees were working, a young girl with short hair in a pony tail and a man who seemed to be in his 20s. The girl didn’t know the difference of pastrami and salami, so the guy grabbed the meat off my sandwich and SNIFFED IT!!!! Yes, he literally sniffed it up to his nose. The girl looked so confused about it too. (AS WAS I). I asked it to be thrown away and he did. The guy was putting bread in the oven while singing to some PROFANITY music that was blasting in the back…. Cussing up a storm. I’m in my 20s and this came across as extremely unprofessional and weird. Then, I paid $13 something and asked the gentleman what size drink it came with and he said “honestly whatever you want, it doesn’t matter” (I know it matters and costs the store money). I just grabbed a small. This store owner either doesn’t care or doesn’t pay attention because wow.

Half of the employees were efficient and helpful, while the other half seemed uninterested in providing good service. The sandwiches were okay, but nothing special.

As a decades-long Subway customer, I know how the sandwich should be put together most effectively–
ways that affect taste, handling, and neatness. When a sandwich maker slaps the meat and cheese in willy nilly (off-center, with no concern for spillage), we’re off to a bad start. This was my experience today at the Payette location. As it was, some of the cheese melted outside the sandwich and stuck to the paper. I shouldn’t have to ask for the sandwich to not be further adulterated by plopping the veggies in with no care as well, but I did. This made for a sloppy mess eaten on the go.

Additionally, before I got out the door, I found the beverage station dirty and not stocked. (Iced tea dispenser was dirty/needed a good wipe-down, and there was ONE straw left in the lid and straw caddy after I took one for myself.)

I then used the women’s restroom, where I found myself stranded with no toilet paper. (Not fun!)

I wanted to alert the guys on duty when I left, but no one was up front, and I was in a hurry.

I frequent this location on my way up and down the US-95 corridor between Fruitland and McCall, and today’s experience was not unusual for me.

EDIT!!!
I went back to this location and had a much better experience! This younger male took the time to make fresh tuna, make sure I got good veggies and everything was clean! He was very nice and I appreciate him taking the extra time!

This location has gone down hill. All employees act as if they’re forced to be there and it’s a total inconvenience when you want to be a paying customer!! They are slow and have no reference of customer service…

American Legion & Auxiliary Post 33 – Payette Idaho, would like to thank Subway for 15 footlong sandwiches for the Home Depot crew that installed the Post’s new floors.

When inquired, Subway jumped to the ideal of helping veterans in their community. For this, we thank you!

Subway demonstrates willingness to not only help its customers and veterans alike, but the community when the need is there.

Unprofessional workers. Huffed and puffed when people came in and during talking. Didn’t communicate out of rotisserie chicken. Did not have the inventory to make our sandwiched but wanted to charge us the price of the food we ordered that they didn’t have? Tables and floor were dirty. Out of sweet tea. Then while eating my daughter found a long black hair in her food.
