Updating everything from the parking lot to the service and food. The location in Valley City should close doors or do something to make their location more appealing to bring in customers. As of today I would not recommend eating at this location. Hopefully they bring it back.

We came this evening just before a huge storm came through the area. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Our very tasty bacon double cheeseburger combos came out really quick and my son’s Jr menu nuggets were fresh and hot. The dining area was very clean.

Understaffed, slow, needed to be cleaned. We saw several people walk out because there were only two people working so very slow.

Took the family here to eat so spent a lot but the staff seemed very off that evening. We had to wait a long time before the service came to help who started taking our order then without a word erased the order and walked away. A manager then came and rolled her eyes at us with an attitude and we had to start our order all over again. Unsure what that was about but this place has gone way downhill with staff that are rude and unclean, dirty hands, had dirty faces, messy colored nasty hair and untidy uniforms. Place itself seemed clean but also gave the impression it was closed as no one was there and maybe we should not have been either, will think twice before returning.

The service was very slow, the restaurant is beyond dirty and has flies everywhere. The floors are sticky as well. Don’t eat here.

Went here today with an online order and the first lady at the drive thru looked at us like she was upset. It took longer to use the app than to go thru the drive-thru. And both of our burgers had sand in them. Dropped on floor unprofessional and would like an apology for this horrible service. That’s how you treat customers good luck staying open.

I placed an order through my BK app, then drove to the drive-through speaker. I told them I placed an order through the app, and they asked me what my name was and told me to drive up. I ordered a whopper and medium onion rings, and they had the food ready within 2 minutes. I only had a 2 minute drive home, but when I went to eat it, the whopper was on the cold side. I’m not sure if they could have done anything better on their end, so I still give em 5 stars. Polite, fast, and tasty. Have a great day, and God bless!

Horrible service. I understand being short staffed at times and being busy. Went to the drive thru, and ordered a shake. I was in no rush. Got to the window. The worker was standing by the register, messing with his shirt and pants and having his hand down his pants. He never washed his hands. My milkshake had been sitting out on the counter the whole time, and was complete liquid. Had to go back around and go through the drive thru again. Had to pay for another shake. There was 4 or 5 people working. The only person that was working hard was the person cooking. The service here is usually good. But It was Horrible and honestly just terrifying.
