What happened? I feel like ever since covid, fast food joints have been at there lowest. Chipotle was always our favorite because it can be mostly healthy and always taste good with good portions. Lately my burrito bowls have been pathetic, normally I would just make an excuse of they are busy but not tonight. Apparently I ordered the half burrito soup….

Oh wow!! I am addicted Chipotle salads, and have enjoyed them at many Chipotle locations throughout Arizona. However, the Chipotle on Nogales Highway (aka Duval Mine Rd) in Green Valley makes the very best salads EVER! Their salads have such fresh ingredients and are so good that it’s hard to stop munching them, even after being full. Thank heavens I have moved to Green Valley, where I can have access to the best Chipotle salads on the planet!!!

Truth is they shouldn’t get a single star for anything…dirty..rude…and most definitely a lack of pride in your work. There’s plenty of people out there that need a job but then they get one and don’t appreciate it or even treat people the way they would want to be treated. You can’t be lazy and if there is a manager that would be the first person I would fire. It’s obvious no one that works there gives a penny for what they’re giving to customers or if they get sick just moments after they eat. The commercials I see on tv are full of lies…sad

Got a takeout bowl that had a hair in it, which I obviously threw away. Manger wouldn’t give me a refund or replacement because I didn’t call the same day or take a picture. Horrible service over a bowl that cost them .10 cents to make never coming here again chipotle get your shit together and get hairnets for your employees.

It’s the 100th time that they mess up on the order!!!!! How do you mess things up when it’s clearly on the instructions! Guac was requested and not on my that miserable QUANTITY!!!! if it’s too hard to work then find another job to not get orders right that are being paid!!!! And by the way I paid for guac and no guac was added on the order for the 100th time! Benefit of the doubt has been done! Please do something management!
