The food is outstanding. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with creative takes on classic Italian dishes. The pasta is a must, the seafood is cooked perfectly, and the flavors are spot-on without being heavy. Cocktails and wine selection are also excellent and pair beautifully with the menu.

Service was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without being overbearing, which really elevated the whole experience. You can tell they care about both the food and the guests.

With a show-stopping corner location on Jefferson Avenue in the heart of downtown Westwood, this establishment has been on my bucket list. The reservation was easily made with Resy.

Upon arrival at Osteria Crescendo to celebrate my milestone birthday as first-timers, my partner and I were greeted by the staff. The space was split in two: one side is a bar, and the other is its pristine dining room filled with details such as white marble tabletops and glasses reminiscent of Italian craftsmanship. We were led to a table by the window with a wide range of music playing, evoking a vibe that was posh and modern yet still had its callbacks to the old country.

Their menu adopts a more traditional Italian approach with antipasti, primi, secondi, per la tavola (“for the table,” for sharing), and dolci. Sampling cocktails and nibbling from their bar menu takes us back to Venice, which, inspired by the Italian tradition of cicchetti (snacks), offered small plates, such as fried calamari and house-cured salumi, meant to be enjoyed with a glass of wine or a cocktail.

As an appetizer to share, we opted for the Burrata. For our main meal, we decided on the Lancaster Amish Chicken and Spinach Girelle. We even saved some room for dessert and got their Apple Pie Sundae with vanilla gelato accompanied by a lit candle. Complimentary bread with oil started our meal.

The food was delicious, presented well, and generous portions from a well-thought-out menu with a complete balance of flavors. Not only were the noodles freshly made in-house, but they’re also perfectly cooked, wonderfully firm to the bite.

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially our server Chanelle, who made the experience even better. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal!

We had a very pleasant dining experience overall. The atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly, attentive, and on point from start to finish.

The absolute star of the night was the octopus appetizer. It was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and easily the standout dish of our entire meal.

For our main courses, we had the steak with potatoes and a pasta dish. While everything was cooked properly, the entire steak plate fell flat in terms of flavor. It felt like it was missing somethingbut cooked toperfection. The pasta, was also cooked perfectly and delivered great flavor that helped round out the meal.

Despite the underwhelming steak, the strong service, warm atmosphere, and incredible octopus made for an enjoyable evening overall. We would return, especially for more octopus.

Service was good, the waitress was knowledgeable and recommended some of the favorites. Appetizers were amazing the calamari and burrata I highly recommend. The drinks were good as well. The espresso martini with tequila not my favorite, rather stick to the original. The cheesecake for dessert was a pleasant surprise I didn’t think it was going to be as good as it was. Overall great place, average of $100 plus pp.

We were so excited to try this place and were completely underwhelmed. Came for the valentine’s day menu, steak was cooked FAR below medium and both mine and my husband’s entrees were just mid in taste overall (and trust me, we’re not picky in the slightest lol)..
Got the tiramisu dessert that was so frozen we sat there for 15 minutes before I could eat any because it was rock hard. Like my spoon physically could not go through the thing. Overall disappointing, for sure a one and done place for us.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 3-year anniversary at this restaurant, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The flavors and taste of the dishes were absolutely delicious, leaving me wanting more with each bite. Not only that, but the service was impeccable. The manager, Tommy, and our waiter were incredibly attentive and treated us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

This place is in my top 3 all time most-frequented restaurants, and I live closer to many other places and eat out 2-3 times a week.

Their Christmas menu was astounding.. both the tuna crudo and beef crudo were the best in class I’ve ever had. If they brought that tuna crudo back, doubled the portion from 4 to 8 pieces, and charged $80 for it, I would order it every single time I go. Creative menu, especially specials and holiday menus (I am currently still thinking about the Christmas menu tuna crudo…) and their white truffle pasta is the best of all the Robbie Felice restaurants – tajarin, the best pasta for truffles, in a truffle butter flavored with real dried white truffle, not the synthetic trash almost everywhere else uses (Robbie Felice restaurants excluded), and a generous shaving of fresh white truffle on top of that.

The Christmas menu tuna crudo was so good I I decided to make an appearance for New Year’s Eve just in case it’s an option again (and for the white truffles before the season ends… again, also).

The ONLY suggestion I have would be to bring back the 38 oz. in-house dry aged tomahawks with the dry aged beef fat sugo they used to have… well worth the $219 or whatever it was. Never have I gone back the next day to a restaurant to spend $200+ on a steak I had the night before besides Osteria for those. Perfection.

10/10 would recommend, get a babysitter if you have young kids and go ham on anything that sounds remotely appealing to you, especially drinks and big ticket items. You honestly get better value per item the higher the price is here, unlike almost every other New Jersey restaurant in the area where you might just want to get a pasta for a main course or stick to cheaper items in the appetizer course.

Trust this kitchen, and reap the rewards.

Drove quite a ways to check out this restaurant in Bergen County and pleased to say it was worth the trek. A modern spin on Italian fare that was not too over the top. Food was delicious, presented well, and there were many options to please a variety of palettes. Service was excellent and the space itself was well designed. Highly recommend.

If you’ve been to those other restaurants, it’s no surprise at this one is also a triumph because honestly all of Rob Felices restaurants are truly worth not just the hype but the money.

Beautifully plated and generous portions, the pasta is definitely always exceptional. You start out with complementary bread, but don’t fill up because you’re gonna want to save room for the amazing dishes! The sun-dried, tomato, ravioli is something special and new, but I would be remiss if I did not mention the spicy rigatoni vodka with fresh mozzarella, on top, an homage to another restaurant he’s opening!

Full bar and you can’t go wrong with anything there, and definitely get dessert!
