Amazing experience at this Wingstop! The manager was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was super good and came out really fast—fresh, hot, and exactly what we ordered. The restaurant was also insanely clean, which I really appreciated. Stopped in recently for the first time and had a great experience. Was greeted right away by the manager Lance and felt welcomed right off the bat. Food came out hot and fresh and the service was timely and friendly. Best wingstop experience I’ve had, would recommend stopping in here.

This place was a total mess when I went here a year ago, but I just went yesterday and boy oh boy did they turn it around. When I first arrived, I was welcomed by the new manager, Lance. It took me back to being a kid in the 70s when every once even at fast food restaurants welcomed you. I ordered my food, and received it in around 10 minutes, the fastest I have ever received my food at a wingstop. Additionally, the food quality seems to have gone up somehow. I don’t know how all these improvements at the Newport highway wingstop came into fruition, but if I had to attribute it to something, it would be the new manager, Lance. Never before have I had a fast food experience as fulfilling as the one at this Wingstop yesterday.

This wingstop is probably the best one I’ve been too. The employees are very welcoming and make sure you get your food within a decent time. The food quality is great and I like how there’s different sauces you can choose from compared to Buffalo Wild Wings. The manager as well is very welcoming and accommodating. 10/10 place

I am very impressed with the customer service. I have ordered many times from this location and never had any issues. Tonight there was a small mishap but I called in. Lance the general manager, made it right so quickly! I highly recommend ordering from this location. Followed all my preferences exactly how they were ordered, and fixed the small mistake quickly!
