It’s a brewery type place. You walk in and it looks fun. Figure out how to order and get a drink then after that you are set. Find a group table to sit at and enjoy your food.

Ordered the GOAT and Southern Cali biscuits along with extra crispy garlic fries as recommended by another reviewer. Unfortunately, the meal was somewhat underwhelming. I want to love Daybreak’s brunch biscuit sandwiches so much and only offering the bunch biscuit items on weekends really amped up expectations.

So what the low 3-star ratings? Comparing to other niche biscuit chicken sandwich restaurants in the area (like Buford’s Bicuits, Cracker Barrel, Ford’s Fish Shack, or even Popeye’s biscuits), the fried chicken tasted dry possibly from too much pounding, chicken patty coating was super thick and super salty, biscuit tasted mealy and bland, and both biscuit sandwiches tasted very salty in general. The entire biscuit sandwich concept only available on weekends is great but the biscuit menu offerings seem tired. As for the extra crispy garlic fries, I would probably pass on these fries next time.

As usual, the staff and service are 5-star fantastic. So this review is only about the food.

This is a shared space with a couple other restaurants- brewery, pizza, tacos and Nectar. The biscuits are amazing! If you like goat cheese- try the GOAT. Let’s not forget their mimosa special on Saturday and Sunday from 9-12- a pitcher for 12.00. First visit and definitely not be the last!!

Really terrific food! I had the Beverly and it was delicious! Chicken was tasty and the addition of the burrata cheese was outstanding. The tang of the balsamic reduction and bitterness of the arugula made the dish. Tying it all together was the sun dried tomato gravy. Yum!
My daughter had the Daybreak, which was a less impressive bowl of egg, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and potatoes. Very filling though and I helped her finish. We also sampled the garlic fries. Very garlicky. A+.
We decided to get the Waffle &Co for a dessert to go. It was incredible! I wish that we had a restaurant like this back home.

Came here a couple of times. Good experience overall, though don’t be in a hurry when you come. It often takes awhile. But the quality of the food is worth it. I tried the Beverly and the avocado toast, and I really liked the avocado toast. The Beverly, the fried chicken one, was decent but didn’t wow me. The avocado toast was excellent. I did really like the biscuit, though. It was most delicious. I also tried the donuts made from the biscuits and they’re really good too, much denser donuts than I’m used to.

This establishment is an excellent choice for dining outdoors, featuring four restaurants conveniently located in one spot. However, the breakfast/brunch menu is somewhat limited, with no options for omelettes or pancakes. Our group sampled several dishes, including the avocado toast, daybreak, no nuts, waffle attack, garlic fries, and cheese flatbread, all of which were quite tasty. Additionally, this pet-friendly venue is a definite plus.

Was pleasantly surprised when we stumbled on this place while in the area. My husband had one of the biscuit sandwiches and it was very good. I had the Daybreak bowl which was also good. We also split a waffle which was great. And the drink of the day was a Splish which for the price it’s more than a good deal. So delicious.

The only critique I would have is on the bowl to add a sauce or something on top. The items were seasoned well but there wasn’t enough cheese or egg to tie them all together. May I suggest a fresh Pico and avocado crema??

Very interesting food items very well executed. Delicious! The waffles are amazing… Super fluffy, not soggy, and very tasty. The chicken is cooked perfectly. The jams are some very intriguing flavors but are good as well. A little on the pricy side but very much worth every penny. Definitely coming back.

The food was creative and pretty tasty, however cold. The online ordering system didn’t match the printed receipt that came with our food. This was frustrating as it did impact what we ordered. They were also out of some items that the online ordering tool didn’t indicate. The biscuit you can get as a side with jam tasted different than the ones with the breakfast sandwiches, and not for the better. The live band / music during brunch was also too loud for the space. Not sure I’d go back.

Typical brewery atmosphere that is very family friendly. I liked that the food offerings are a little out of the ordinary and were presented nicely (except the paper plates.) I actually don’t think the chicken had enough flavor but next time I will try the spicy version.
