A small, cozy restaurant with a decent amount of seating. The moment you walk in, you can smell the pho and food, probably because the ventilation isn’t the best.
The menu is simple, mostly pho and rice dishes. I tried the bún bò Huế (spicy beef noodles), which was flavorful and rich. The cơm tấm (grilled pork with rice) uses regular rice instead of broken rice, but the portion was generous and still pretty good.
Prices are reasonable. Service is a bit slow, more like a family-run spot with limited staff.
Overall, a nice little Vietnamese place with warm, homestyle, and worth trying if you’re craving comfort food.

Some of the best pho broth I’ve had since Hanoi. The broth tastes clean not filled with msg. Plenty of noodles and meat with the beef combo pho. The summer roles were fresh and well rolled. Also liked that a pair of old grandmas and a grandpa were running the shop so you know its authentic vietnamese recipes.

Pho Van truly lives up to its reputation—this place serves some of the best pho I’ve had in a long time. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, clearly simmered for hours to develop that perfect depth. The noodles were soft but not soggy, and the meat—whether brisket, rare steak, or meatballs—was tender and delicious. Everything was served piping hot and with a generous portion of fresh herbs, lime, bean sprouts, and jalapeños on the side, just as it should be.

We also tried a few appetizers, and while they were solid, the pho is definitely the star of the show. If you’re craving a comforting bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup, this is the place to go.

The only minor downside was that service was a bit slow, especially once we were seated—it took a little while before someone came to take our order, and refills were a touch delayed. That said, the staff was kind and polite, and once the food arrived, it more than made up for the wait.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and laid-back—nothing too fancy, but it doesn’t need to be when the food speaks for itself. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.

Overall, Pho Van is a must-visit for pho lovers. The flavors are spot-on, the ingredients are fresh, and while service could be a bit quicker, the food is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

I love this place! I work nearby and get take out for lunch sometimes. Almost everything new I’ve tried, was delicious and worth my money. Smoothies and ice coffee with condensed milk are nice. Spicy chicken wings are my favorite! Their pho is amazing! Every food item that I ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted like it should. Never had an issue. Would love to dine in sometime. Great comfort food.

Today was a snowy day and really wanted some comfort food. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young lady with a smile and seated right away. Water was brought shortly afterwards while we confirmed dinner selection! Thai tea was instant but good. Spicy beef pho hit the spot! Beef vermicelli was delicious as well. Overall, great experience and if ever visiting the area again, definitely coming back! Thank you .

Really liked the staff. Everyone was very polite. I ordered the pad Thai with tofu. Tofu was cooked really well but the Pad Thai itself might be the worst pad that I’ve ever had. It was clearly over cooked and has no “sauciness” to it, it’s very dry. The noodles stick together. I pick up a bite’s worth and it grabs half the plate worth. Probably won’t try again.
