Good Afternoon. I went to Pizza Hut this evening for a Pizza. And some friends and to watch the game, it took them forever to bring my food and when it finally came, I had a Pizza. And chicken and mojos, the Pizza they might as well have served me the cardboard box cause I couldn’t tell the difference between the 2 nor the taste difference.
I wouldn’t suggest it no one go there. Patronize them at all.
The Pizza looked like it had been sitting up under the lights or something. And it shouldn’t have took that long to put the Pizza together. But it took them forever. So I wouldn’t suggest anyone go there

I ordered online for pickup at the location. I went in and asked for my order. I was told they see no order under my name. I told them I was charged for a pizza and again told no order existed and asked was it for their location. I realized I forgot my phone, went back home to get my device. Upon walking back into the restaurant , there was a sign around the door area that was on the floor that said “cash only”. I walked up to the counter and showed them my Pizza Hut confirmation along with the email from my bank showing they charged my card. They said their system was down and can’t see my order. I asked if they can make the pizza since I was charged for it. I was told I would have to pay cash for a new one and that they can’t go by my electronic info since their system was down. I was not going to pay for another pizza when charged for one. They would not budge and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I told them, they have now lost me as a customer, no comment from them. I told them that they needed to put something on the website so no additional orders are taken by the system and customers go through this. I went home and called my bank to take charges off, which they did.

After over 50 years Pizza Hut hasn’t lost it. The taste, sauce, breadsticks. I love Pizza Hut. I have tried different Pizza places but I always go back to Pizza Hut. It’s Nostalgic and attached to my memories when I was a teenager. Thank you for not changing

I asked the gentleman behind the counter with a lot of hair. A bigger gentleman.. for 2 water cups.. He said we don’t have water cups… I said, okay.Can I have two plastic cups? Ok we can get some water… He says, unfortunately, no, we can’t let you drink water..

Terrible I’m upset no one would answer the phone after I ordered I couldn’t change anything if I want to they gave me these dry boneless wings that I didn’t order and I couldn’t even talk to anyone after I kept getting redirected when I called the order line and nothing the worst experience ever I’m from out of town when I come here I definitely will never order food from them ever again the worst service ever and I’m upset I gave her a tip when she delivered it beyond livid

I’ve only met one or two Pizza Hut I wasn’t happy with during my travels. This would be a sad sad moment in time and rarely have a home base store to dictate as my own. No one knows my name but if you see me you’ll never forget me.
This brick and mortar location was happy to deliver but not to my parking lot. So off I go to pick up my pie.
I will be more than pleased to give this a 4 star review. I probably should do five, okay why not? I’m changing my stars to straight Fives! There is literally zero respect for being a Pizza Ninja, so this is for the unsung heroes of Pizza Hut. Thank you for the pie.

Me and my family are all pizza lovers. I feel like this location is one of the best pizza hut restaurants in the area. Pizzas are not too sauced nor too dry. The original pan is the best and the taste is always great

NEVER EVER will I EVER come back to this location!! Ordered online to have our pizza delivered. Took way longer then the estimated time given which was 84 minutes and by the way this location is hardly crowded majority of the time. Hmmm I wonder why??? Got our pizza and it looked and tasted awful. Not even warm and drenched in oil. So we decided to take our order back and get a refund. The manager on duty was horrible. He didn’t even take the time to acknowledge us and apologize for the terrible service. He didn’t even look at us!! He had one of his employees issue the refund and went back to looking like he was busy! As for the one star that’s for the hispanic older woman who delivered our pizza, she was very friendly!

Pizza Hut still to me better than Domino’s but don’t think I’m going to be visiting Pizza Hut too much anymore. Reason being that Pizza Hut charges you and charge call that actually kind of forgot what’s it called but it’s sort of like a tip but it’s not a tip and that’s besides the taxes. I looked that up which was on my receipt and the employer has an option what I read, to share that with his employees or her employees or if not they keep it to themselves as in just get richer. I did ask an employer if they share that with them and they said nope. So with the taxes which was close to $3 and now this new fee that Pizza Hut charges it was another close to $3 You’re basically are not getting no special deal if you think that you are getting a deal
