Today, Nick or Steve whichever made our pizza did a SPECTACULAR job. We haven’t had a pizza like this since the 90s and I’m not exaggerating! Everything was perfect and done in the right increments. Soft, right amount of cheese and sauce, juicy, favorable, and nothing burnt! Thank you, thank you, thank you! This was like a gourmet pizza dinner style. You can tell they paid attention to detail and have great energy. We highly recommend this place to get outstanding service and a classic pizza hut style pizza.

Overall good experience customer service was good just the people smoking infront of the store wasnt too pleasing which included an employee. Pizza was also good. They have dine in but they don’t serve on the table and there are no more pitcher or fountain drinks available.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Delivery took almost 2 hours, even though the store is literally around the corner. When I called to check the status, the employee didn’t even say hello — just said “your pizza got burned, we’re making another one.” I honestly didn’t even realize he was talking to me at first.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was only warm, not hot — which makes no sense considering it was supposedly remade and the store is so close.
Completely unacceptable service. Don’t go here. There are way better pizza places nearby — Google around and save yourself the headache. Also tipped $7 for mile away pizza store

!!NEVER TIP DRIVER BEFORE SERVICE IS COMPLETE!! .Driver put my food on the ground when delivering and didn’t knock on my door. He called, I let him up, and I waited at my door for him to knock. 5 minutes passed and I finally opened my door to find my food on the dirty apartment building carpet. There was even a ledge the pizza could have been left on right next to my door that could have been used. This is after I have a 30% tip that was added during checkout. Tips were given to exceptional service in my day, not just because your company doesn’t pay you well enough and automatically added at checkout. I can see why Pizza Hut is going under, I’ll never order from this company again.

Pretty annoyed with Pizza Hut right now. I ordered a personal pan pizza, the dough was thin and dense like it didn’t rise or something? Tasted off. The crust was thin and crispy. I like thin crust, but when you order a pan pizza, you kinda expect to get a pan pizza. After reading other reviews, I decided against contacting the restaurant since it doesn’t seem like they will do anything.

Please never go here. This place looked, smelled, and acted as if it was abandoned. On top of the clear neglected cleaning, the staff was rude and never informed us that our food was ready, even though apparently it had been sitting on the counter for a half hour. They said it would be a ’15 minute wait’ but we sat at a (mind you broken,) table for forever.
The taste of the pizza itself tasted as if it was cardboard with tomato sauce. We specifically asked for extra cheese, but when we opened the box the cheese was barely there anyway.
Overall, please. If there is an alternative place you can go, go there, and do not choose this place.

We order pizza and DoorDash cancelled our order. Then we ordered on Google and they send the same pizza that they cancelled 2 hours before. It was cold and hard. I can’t say we would not order again because our kids like it but they are not doing very good

I feel bad leaving a 2, the honey BBQ wings were good(not $30 for 18 good), and the staff were pleasant and helpful from ordering over the phone to pick up and pay.
However, paying $52 plus tax and tip for a medium vegetable pizza and 18 wings seems a little steep.
The pizza sauce tasted like tomato paste with no seasoning, and the whole pizza was dry and tasteless. Oh and to get dressings for the wings, I guess was optional, as there weren’t any in the bag.
And (to me) the worst was walking into Pizza Hut. The smell of old dirty restaurant hit me first, then the sticky, greasy floors that looked like they haven’t been seriously mopped in a month. The carpet in the dining room looks like someone dropped a vat of oil along the pathway. There was old parts and stock on a corner booth that made it seem like a temporary stock closet. The counter tops and prep area, don’t get me started. I was itching to get a bucket of degreaser and some bleach water! I’m surprised the manager actually put her name on the board(I would have been too embarrassed)(and I would have worked after hours to do a spring cleaning and implement better cleaning habits)I’ve worked in the hospitality industry all my life, and I have never been so afraid to eat the food. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t closed them down!

Very slow here lately. Salad has been downgraded to just lettuce, diced tomato, and cheese. Only 3 dressings (no more romano cheese). No glasses, instead paper cups. Water is bottled. Disposable plates and utensils.
No hostess to seat you, you do it yourself. Scan QR code for menu and order at counter.
A little heartbreaking to see how the life of this place has faded since I was a kid. Won’t be surprised if they replace it within a couple years.

Great pizza BUT no table service, menus without prices and filthy bathrooms. Shame. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
