Absolute TRASH. My delivery was sent to this location and was turned away because they didn’t have the time nor the product to make food for what I ordered. Wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called to see if I could come pick up in person. IDK who manages this site, but please know this is a garbage excuse for a Taco Bell.

I’ve gone to Taco Bells for decades. Due to my short lunch hour, I go to this particular store just about daily for several months now. This is easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Not only is it the most expensive I’ve been to, but when I order the crunch wrap or a mexican pizza, the round corn shell is often stale and rotten tasting. I’ve complained through the company website about it, but after a couple months later, it doesn’t seem to matter. I really want this to improve cause, again, I don’t have a lot of other options in this area other than start packing my lunch.

Oh man. The prices!?! >_<" If nothing is done to control the inflation, KFC will be a thing of the past. Nothing is really affordable there without coupons or special deals now. There are so many other quality restaurants that make top notch fried chicken at this price point nowadays that it is not worth the time and effort to go any longer.

Came in today and ordered an eight piece dinner and a burrito. Asked for crispy but came home to see they gave me original. The young man there seemed to not want to work there. He was very low energy (not a smile to be found) and didn’t even bother to say hello, thanks or good bye…though I always say it. He just plopped the mashed potatoes into the cup and turned out it was only half full. Almost didn’t get my burrito either. I looked in the bag to see it was missing. When I asked for it, he seemed indifferent and without a word retrieved it and put it in the bag. Wow. Won’t be returning to this location…and possibly any KFC. We got a Popeyes close by and they have good chicken as well.

I am not exaggerating when I say this might be the most expensive Taco Bell on the planet. Nearly $10 after tax for JUST one cheesy gordita crunch…. Meanwhile it’s $5.00 at any other location.

All in all, a terrible dining and customer service experience. My spicy potatoe soft taco had no spicy sauce in it. I asked them to fry a fresh batch of wedges, and told them I wouldn’t mind the wait. Another employ tells the one helping me that they are fresh, and did not do as I requested and sure enough they were not fresh at all.

As others have remarked, this location is the worst. Every time, without fail, when we go here, something from the order is missing or done wrong. We end up needing to go back or just eating the cost. It is remarkable how incompetent the workers are here. The manager should be ashamed of this location.
