Stopped by this location on 01/22/25. It was a Thursday afternoon. I hit the drive thru, after ordering with the app. The manager greeted me at the first window. The girl that handed me my food at the second window was very nice. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. I got two wraps, a chicken sandwich, and 3 piece tenders. My dog Storm and I will be back!

The staff and I believe the manager were all very helpful, nice, and attentive to my order. I had a laundry list of items in my order and the staff verified it was all there, with me, before handing me my order even though they were a little busy. The cooking was a little long but I don’t mind that as I know the food was all made fresh and it definitely tasted that way. Keep up the good work guys and gals, my family thanks you!!!

As a customer service rep, I always endeavor to be as pleasant as possible. This evening I went to the Bristol Pa Popeyes and requested six wings. I clarified that I don’t want pieces of wings. I want six full wings. I said this at least 2 to 3 times just to make sure that there was no mistake and I said it very respectfully. Unfortunately, when I arrived home I saw that I had six tiny pieces of chicken. Luckily, I don’t live that far away so I went back, went inside and requested that the order be corrected; this needs to be addressed as people want what they pay for. I felt that this was not a mistake, that it was done in spite or as a joke, and I didn’t find it very funny. Yes I did go back and get my six wings, but I should not have had to double back, please train your people about the importance of being accurate and treating customers with respect, the way they would like their family members to be treated

First time here today and service was horrible worst Popeyes I ever been to and its right by my house. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, had no sauce on it. Ordered a 1/4 pound butterfly shrimp and got a biscuit and 2 pieces of chicken instead, dont know how that happend. And was told to pull up front amd someone will bring it out. And we literally said there for almost 15 minutes. And I go in and say something and my food wqs sitting there and been done, weren’t even gonna bring it out guess they assumed I left. Even though I was parked right in front. And can hardly understand staff

The cashier was pleasant but the rest of the experience went downhill. We ordered at 12:34pm our receipt was time stamped, our food came out at 12:47pm. The employee apologized for the delay and said there was an extra order of nuggets in our bag. When we arrived home we opened the bag to cold fries, the serving size is also laughable. The tender meal came with only 2 tenders and the courtesy order was not there. We ordered 6 biscuits and they were stale. My husband ordered a ghost pepper sandwich to which had no spice and he had to add his own lettuce.
