Our group tried four dishes – the Poke Bowl, Volcano Roll, Eel Bowl, and Grilled Salmon Fusabowl. There wasn’t a single miss. Each dish was unique, authentic, and expertly crafted

It is confirmed They recently failed their health inspection. I was there when they received it. Reluctantly I order from them anyway, But after a whole entire cup of sauce sitting at the bottom of my tray, this will be the last time I order from them. The fact that there’s so much sauce and liquid at the bottom of my tray. The owner Needs to either close the restaurant or comply with health code standards.

What a fun take on ordering Chinese food. Basically what they did was a pull a chipotle in the sense that you get a fast order of a mix that you’d like to put in a bowl. Of course they have all the staples out any person would want from the Chinese restaurant but they threw a few interesting twists. I like general TSO chicken but in their mix, it’s not the same, which makes it quirky, like adding corn I didn’t expect. I’ll try it a few more times, but I wasn’t all that impressed.

Horrible rice. Cheap ingredients and disgusting cutting of corners. The restaurant put chunks of raw yellow onions into a poke bowl. When I pointed this out to the manager he told me red onions cost more and I should be happy any onions were available.

My review is specifically meant for the location in Surrey Square, right next to the Kroger. I ordered the salmon poke bowl with spicy curry sauce. The Chinese manager removed rice from my $20 bowl and charged me for extra rice. He then told me red onions were very expensive and customers will ask for bigger portions of onions if he were to serve red onions, so he put raw yellow onions in my bowl instead.

I will never eating at Fusabowl again because it is overpriced and the food tastes bad. So I’m not going to waste my time calling corporate.

I already wasted time arguing with you after i politely told you that raw yellow onions shouldn’t be in a poke bowl. You argued with me about how greedy customers can be after charging my $20 and removing rice from my plate. Now you want tell me which location I am reviewing. I’m the bald chef with the beard.

I was in the restaurant for 70 minutes during lunch. It’s obvious that the paid reviews for the business are made by fake bots. I was the only dine in customer, and the only other orders during lunch were the 3 door dash pickups.

So I went to the location that I reviewed and spoke to the same manager who I met with originally. He remembered the original conversation we had regarding the onions and food quality. I was very angry about the deliberate lie in the business reply where he claimed I reviewed the wrong location, despite remembering the conversation we had.

Anyway the location was empty during the lunch rush. There are no red onions. Here is a photo to prove it.

A few weeks ago, I visited the third Fusabowl location out of the total of six sprinkled across Greater Cincinnati. The decision to visit this restaurant was spurred by my business nearby, and I couldn’t resist the allure of their delectable offerings. Despite the bustling shopping center the restaurant located within, I was relieved to find that parking was a breeze. As I entered the restaurant, a lively scene greeted me, a huge crowd of patrons seated and savoring their meals, while others patiently queued up to place their orders. I joined the queue, and it seemed to grow even longer as more hungry patrons arrived. Amidst the excitement, I took a moment to take in the restaurant’s interior. Comparatively smaller than the other locations, the walls adorned with the signature green paint exuded a familiar charm. However, what caught my attention were the black ceramic panels that adorned a large part of the walls, emanating a cool and soothing vibe, perfect for the hot summer days. My eyes were drawn to the ever-busy kitchen behind the massive counter, where diligent staff members toiled away at stations that intrigued my curiosity. Fresh vegetables laid out on the chopping block underscored the restaurant’s commitment to crafting dishes with just-in-time ingredients. The efficient workforce, four in number, effortlessly juggled meal preparation and order-taking duties. When my turn finally arrived, I swiftly placed my order, all the while excited to claim my complimentary spring roll from a special promotion. Paying was a breeze, and I decided to take my meal to a nearby park to savor the dining experience in a more serene setting.
Now, the food – I had opted for the Grilled Eel Hibachi Bowl, complete with brown rice, sriracha, sweet soy sauce, onions, mushrooms, jalapeños, corn, avocado, broccoli, and ginger. The presentation was a feast for the eyes, with the colorful assortment of vegetables and eel artfully arranged atop the bed of rice, the sauce drizzled in an alluring pattern. I found the eel to be cooked to a luscious tenderness that practically melted in my mouth. However, I couldn’t help but notice that its texture lacked the expected firmness that could have elevated it to a whole new level. Despite this, the sauce, when balanced with the added spiciness of the sriracha, created a delightful fusion of sweet and savory notes. The pickled ginger provided a refreshing tang with each bite, reinvigorating my taste buds and making every mouthful feel like a delightful revelation.
Saving the spring roll for the grand finale, I had high hopes for a burst of flavors. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The crunchy skin boasted an overwhelming aroma typical of fried food, and the filling felt dense, almost suspiciously so, as if something had gone awry. Unable to finish it, I put it aside with a tinge of disappointment.
In conclusion, my Fusabowl experience remains largely positive, and I continue to recommend it to others in search of a satisfying and healthful meal. The restaurant’s ability to provide swift service and a seamless payment process is a rare gem in the Asian dining scene, particularly for diners who find themselves pressed for time and unable to indulge in leisurely meals. I would recommend Fusabowl to others seeking a delectable and healthy Asian dining experience without the need for a prolonged sit-down meal.

Grilled Salmon Fusabowl is the reason I keep coming back. The salmon is always grilled to perfection—crispy skin, flaky, and moist inside.

Ordered door dash for 2 spring rolls and got 1 spring and 1 egg roll instead. Really pissed me off because I hate the taste of egg rolls.

Fusabowl is one of my favorite places in town. I go at least once a week. Its some of the best $10 you can spend in town. Good serving size. Great taste. Biodegradable to-go containers. There is a lot to love.
If you don’t know what to get try the grilled salmon bowl. I like it with brown rice, noodles, tempura crunch, ginger, sauces: yum yum, sweet chili, spicy mayo, and then most of the toppings.
