Disappointed, placed a simple order and didn’t get it. I won’t be returning to this location. Pizza was very dry like if the pizza was from a previous order and not freshly made. Even the boxes looked greasy like if they have been sitting for awhile. Not good for business.

The pizza is always delicious, come here at least once a week, it would be 5 stars but every time we come to get food there are homeless people or junkies trying to shake us down for money. One guy even said “the banks right there, atm since you don’t carry cash” that guy can eat my left nut like i ate my whole pizza. Will keep coming back but someone’s gotta tell ’em they can’t be sitting outside the damn door, offered them food and they say “no, give me money”.
P.S – The meatballs are pretty lit dawg, no cap.

First time ordering from Papa John’s since I moved from San Antonio. I figured they would all be the same having good customer service, but I was wrong. Came in to San Juan Papa John’s server from the back had to come and take my order because the other server she did not greet us as we came in the door or offered anything. I asked for any specials I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni as per their coupon. And ordered a large pepperoni with sausage as per the coupon along with a Pepsi. Gentleman charged me. I paid for our items and they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I did not get a receipt after waiting. 15 minutes came into the store to get my order. Only to find out that I was charged wrong and only one pizza was made. Had to pay for my second pizza and had to wait another 15 minutes. The female server do not apologize for the inconvenience. All she kept telling me was she did not know what happened and she did not know why the pizza was not me then she asked me if I still wanted it. In my opinion, I believe customer service is very important and every business. But in this establishment, they are lacking great or at least good customer service.

Lunch Buffett included drink for $7.99!!!! It was delicious.! Staff was super nice, very very clean, even bathrooms were perfectly kept. I begged owner to open another in Weslaco since this one is about 30 miles one way from my house. I am making this my regular place every tine I am in the San Juan, Alamo Pharr or McAllen area.

That was the best PJ’s pie I’ve had in years! Almost gave up on them but decided to try them out again. I travel a lot and this is my first time ordering from this location. Delivery was quick. Great job fellers and feller’etes!

Very disappointed. I asked for delivery, they told me I was getting boneless chicken with bbq and they brought me chicken tenders with no bbq. It barely has any bbq sauce on there and the pizza smells like pee.
