New location, new look, bigger food trailer. Still the same crew, smiles, and great customer service. Even trying new things and advertising like crazy especially on Facebook. I hadn’t been for a while since they moved downtown from up in the Orchards. But this time was great too like all the others I’ve had their delicious food. I tried the french toast with the peanut butter and maple bacon combo thing. I’d nickname it the Elvis special. It was delicious. Ignore the naysayers. Face it some people can never be pleased easily especially with how they like their eggs. Yeesh. If you’re that hungry eat at home and do your own cooking. Do not treat mom and pop businesses like that. Anyways. I hope this is one of the better reviews. Are they perfect? No but I’m not looking for perfect. I’m seeking local which they are, friendly which they are, efficient and thorough and they cover those too. Plus they love to hear customer ideas who knows it could be the next special. Keep the food coming MYB&G. By the way they’re also a second business same people different name but same food trailer/truck they do burritos in the evenings on certain weekdays.

Always turns my bad days around. Great food I love the breakfast burritos the most. I never chitchat with the people but I’m sure they’re lovely to talk to. I like that you get salt and pepper with your food even though I never use it. Website is awesome too very straight forward and I can order before I get there.

Second time we’ve been where we have not been greeted first. Second time that they were not happy but seemed quite a bit on the grumpy side even though we showed up with smiles and happy to get food. Second time we’ve been there when the eggs were cooked over easy and not over medium. This time we took the food back and said we couldn’t eat the eggs undercooked that way. They just said oh. Sat in the car finishing up the rest of the families food and they had every opportunity to at least apologize, but nothing. We will definitely not be going back. Super bummed about both experiences. Hopefully we caught them on two bad days and others can enjoy it. We did not feel the love

We parked and were immediately greeted. Amazing customer service. They had our order in and finished in a timely manner on a BUSY Sunday / Father’s Day with a LOT of hungry customers. What an amazing hidden gem in Lewiston. The food is so delicious and made with love. We will definitely return the next time we are in town. Thank you, Mind Your Biscuits & Gravy

The biscuits by themselves would’ve been more satisfying. My 1st experience so I ordered the biscuits & gravy. The gravy was sweet not savory so I didn’t care for that. I enjoyed the biscuits. My husband had the special breakfast burrito which was quite blan. I had read all the reviews & was so excited to finally get to experience this gem only to be let down by the food. The people are sweet & they know how to please the masses just not the 2 of us. We will not return.

The service was absolutely perfect very nice people and speedy time to get food.
However the biscuits and gravy were not my favorite. The flavor was off for me as the biscuits had a sweetness to them. The gravy had lots of sausage chunks (that’s good) and the gravy itself tasted ok but I like a more white country thicker gravy with black pepper in it. I am not a fan of eggs on this either but i decided to try it. Still not a fan, everything was cooked perfectly just the taste didn’t hit for me. I wouldn’t steer anyone from trying these as they may like what I’ve described in this review. Maybe I will try something different next time I stop by and find something I definitely need to have again. This isn’t meant to offend the owners in anyway, just honest feedback. The food here is delicious and I definately recommend. Because this is a food truck, make sure you have a warm car to sit in, as there are only two tables.

The biscuits and gravy and was bitterly disappointing. Bland sugary gravy topped over thin small bisquits. Way over priced for me. I would have been better off going to a Cafe and ordering in. I also tried the breakfast burrito. Again flavorless. No seasoning on the eggs, put together with chopped onions and tomatoes in a plain flour tortilla with gouda ( could have been any white variety ) cheese. Do yourself a favor and try one of the local cafés or restaurants in downtown Lewiston to experience some tasty breakfast goodies. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this food truck again.
