After a 5 hour drive, we landed in Piedmont, Al and was starving! We had dinner and sat at the bar for a beer! The bartender was phenomenal! She was so busy and managed so well even when the bar guests were in her ear! The entire staff was so helpful!! The food is amazing!! We ordered loaded fries and between the 2 of us almost devoured the entire thing!!! The beer was cold and the people were so nice!! Great place to unwind, relax and enjoy a girls night like we did!!

I wish I could rate it but that would require you to be served your food. It looked like a cool place but it took over an hour and a half to get a burger and fries to go. And fries were cold. That was the only part ready on our order so we told them to forget the rest. We ordered two burgers, I would assume they would make them at the same time. They gave us sour cream instead of ranch dressing.
The blind waitress was running in circles doing her best to help us and everyone else because even her coworkers were giving her orders….but she did come back to us and do what she said
The bartender acted like we didn’t exist. After I got her attention to ask if this is where we put to go orders in, and she said yes, she never gave us a menu. She ignored us for 20 minutes. We flagged down the blonde waitress who took our order.
The place was busy. There was a local event that they knew about. There was not a line to get in so they were not trying to handle anything that they shouldn’t have been able to. They should have been prepared.
Kudos to the blind waitress who was trying!

We (12 ppl) drove from Panama City, FL for the awesome entertainment: Hunter Clark & Heath Sanders = excellent! Our waitress, Lacey was on point, courteous, professional, great, outstanding! The food was superior. Would definitely recommend Shell’s Downtown if your in the Piedmont, AL area!

We got there. Where seated. Served our drinks. Then another waitress came to us and made us move. Because we were at the owners table and they would be there within 30 mins. I thought customers came 1st. Then 10mins later they finally take our food order. What my husband wanted they didn’t serve anymore. What I got was half cold. After a 10min wait. They were not busy.

Incredible black and blue ribeye! The sauce was so yummy, and I’m a big fan of their salad, always so fresh. My husband had the lamb and it was also delicious! The service was excellent, great place to eat.

Great place a little over the Alabama/Georgia line. Never had a bad meal here. Everything is always good or really good. The staff is always awesome, Paige was fantastic on Saturday night. Usually busy on the weekend nights. Love going here.

A family member is a vegetarian. She ordered cheese fries with no bacon. We spent almost $80 on the whole order. The person who took the order repeated the order back AND the receipt said “no bacon.” When we pick up the order, guess what, they were covered in bacon. The server apologized and took them back to the kitchen (we reiterated that our family member was vegetarian). It took about 4 minutes. We got back home and she said they tasted like bacon. The restaurant had apparently picked the bacon off the top but left bacon underneath the cheese. Unbelievable and disgusting to think they were too lazy to cook more and instead dug through her food! The dog got some bacon at least…
Reply to owner: Seriously? You’re calling me a liar?! What is in the photo then?? Also, you’re saying the wrong order we brought back is STILL sitting in the kitchen over five hours later… that’s a little strange. All anyone has to do is read through past reviews and your responses to them to get an idea of the reputation. Unbelievable. If the person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t so rude about it, I may not have left this review in the first place. Have a nice night.
