The food was flavorful and delicious. We ordered the claypot fish, crispy noodles, broccoli with beef and spring rolls. Everything came out and was delicious. Flavors were great without being overpowering. Our server was very attentive.

Great experience with a very warm welcome. I dined in and had table service. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The only staff member was working hard with a smile to make sure that all guests were content and the restaurant remained clean.
The entire menu is vegan and is a mix of Chinese/ Vietnamese/ Thai dishes.
I ordered the Kung Pao ‘chicken’ with brown rice. It came out within 10 minutes and was the perfect temperature and consistency.
The flavour was authentic with a twist of additional garlic. The vegetables were well cooked and the ‘chicken’ pieces tasted really nice. The dish is mild, the only heat comes from the garlic. I opted to add chilli sauce on the side which added the right level of heat for me. The brown rice was cooked perfectly .
I am looking forward to my return visit to try something different.

Oh boy
Had two dishes to go, came home n noticed the dark sauce was spilled , they put the item which had sauce in a container that can easily be opened n spilled
Called the restaurant to let them know by sending a pic or two for hoping for better next time
Their response was not even funny. They said it was fine when the food left the restaurant,therefore it’s not their fault. I didn’t pack the food nor lying about what had happened. How do they treat customers like that they’re lying?
I’m posting the pictures to let you all know since the restaurant doesn’t care to see the photos. I will not go back nor recommend to get their food. We didn’t want to consume the food as it’s more hassle to take the messy containers out and also all the sauce spilled

Apparently one container which contains a heavy rice pushed down the other one underneath. I even told them and they denied what I was experiencing and they’re very firm about that unfortunately!

This is the best vegan restaurant in the South Bay or Beach Cities area. Their menu is great and I recommend trying all dishes. My favorite is of course Pho soup but I also love Clay Pot with Fish and drumsticks. I’d highly recommend their salads too. Amazing newly renovated interior is very inviting and lovely.

This is one rare case where healthy meets delicious and it is truly a pleasure to eat your veggies. Some of our favorites are the pho, eggplant, tofu.. honestly the entire menu is fresh and popping with flavor. They offer various stir fried dishes, soups, noodles, rice, salads and some unique creations that are hard to categorize. The location is in a large shopping center on PCH very near the Catalina post office. Happy Veggie has been around a long time because the food is amazing and the people there are great too. The quality and freshness here are second to none.. they do get a little crowded at peak times but that is because it so good and we don’t have a ton of vegetarian options in the area.

Food was very good. We had 2 orders of chicken nuggets for kids. The house fried rice, house wrap with added chickun, a very spicy and a not so spicy pad Thai. It was all very good. Food 4 out 5.

First of all, trust the board, they do have top vegan pad-thai and pho. We tried both, both great! Then we also tried their Mongolian beef, which was delicious and perfec consistence. We were served by Maggie, she is amazing, so positive and friendly. We will come back. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my experience, came for lunch and it’s really calm and quiet with soft jazz in the background. I feel so relieved relaxed and satisfied. I had the Pad Thai with mushrooms and the flavors were excellent, hot and crispy spring rolls freshly made. And most importantly it’s clean, that includes the restroom. Which is a plus. I will up my rating for that reason. Pricing us reasonable. I get tired of paying extra for not ordering meat, in addition to non meat food being super pricy. I will be returning sooner than later.

Place is rad, so accommodating. Food is delicious. My vegan girlfriend was over the moon when she tried the spring rolls. I highly recommend all the noodle dishes go ahead and try the Pho too. Can’t wait to come back.
